Everyone had left Ben alone thinking that he was asleep. However Ben was awake. He had been awake the whole time. He listened to them discuss this new feature he had unlocked. At the same time they were looking at the data, Ben was looking at the data himself. However no matter what the data said Ben just couldn't believe that what happened wasn't his fault. Ben felt full responsibility for what he did as Ultimate Swampfire, as ben started to call him. He was blaming himself for fighting and hurting his friends. Ben felt it, he wanted to fight them and didn't want to stop. Ben didn't care that the data said it wasn't his fault that he was mentally unstable. Ben still felt all the guilt and pain from what happened and no amount of data will change that. After laying down for so long ben got up and left the med bay. As ben was walking he knew exactly where to go without running into anyone. It was strange, it was as if his brain was connected to the plumber station and camera system. No... it was. Somehow Ben was communicating with the plumbers security system allowing him to instantly access any information that he wanted. And right now he wanted to be alone.

Easily making his way out of the plumber base Ben began to walk the streets of undertown. Ben didn't have a destination nor any idea of what to do next. He was just walking, walking with no plans to stop at the moment. As Ben walked his mind was blank and empty. You ever have those moments where you'r going somewhere and end up walking right past your destination without realizing it, where you just go on autopilot. That's what was going on with Ben. He was on autopilot and a part of him never wanted to come back. After while Ben's connection to plumber base alerted him that everyone was aware of his absence. Grandpa tried to call him several times but Ben never answered. After a while Ben arrived the undertown park. A park of alien design for everyone to enjoy. Ben decided to stop and sit there on one of the benches. Saying nothing the whole time he was there, even when Max, Gwen, and Kevin found him there. He just looked forward staring off into space. After awhile of trying to get ben to respond they finally decided to just take him back to plumber base where they put him in an empty room with a bunk for him.

As time went by Ben got visits from everyone as they were worried about him. However Ben didn't react. It's been hours now since Ben moved into this room. After sitting in there for so long Ben realized something. The power, the power of this new ultimate form, Ben could feel it calling for him. Ben was now torn, torn between how he was afraid of what he might do and wanting to do it again just to feel the rush of adrenaline it brought with it. Ben could feel the addicting nature of it calling to him. Ben began to breath hard as was fighting with himself. Ben then put his head in his hands and started yelling in frustration as he fought with himself.

"Having some trouble now are we Benjamin?" Professor Paradox asked. Benjamin looked at the professor who stood before him.

"I don't know what to do. Lobo is too powerful to fight him the way we are now, and i have the power now!" Ben said standing up and raising his arm.

"Indeed you do." Paradox replied making no changes in his expression.

"But when i had, i couldn't control it. I was just so... so angry. I wanted to be angry. i couldn't help it." Ben said. Paradox nodded and agreed with Ben. Ben leaned against the wall pressing his head to it for a moment before turning back to paradox. "What do i do, professor? Please i need your help." Ben asked. Paradox sighed and seemed disheartened.

"Ben. Do you remember what i told you before when i visited you at the Kent farm?" Paradox asked. Ben looked at him remembering his words. Ben nodded.

"You said that i was coming up to a crossroads in time. A point where time can go many different ways." Ben said. Paradox nodded.

"Yes. And it is fast approaching." He said as he started shaking his head. "And i am sorry to say, i cannot help. This must be something you decide and you alone, however you need to make your decision and quick." Paradox said. Ben looked distraught as the one person he thought could help him actually couldn't. However Paradox knew what to do and how to help. He moved to Ben and placed his hand on Ben's shoulder. "Ben i may not be able to tell you what to do, but i can say this. You will figure it out. I know you Ben Tennyson. Better then you know yourself, and i know you will figure it out." Paradox said. Ben looked at him then down at himself, when he looked back up Paradox was gone. Ben looked at where he had been for a while before he left the room.
