LOKI'S POV

There were so many places I could have taken her, but her comfort is of most importance, so I decided to take her home.

When we reach her apartment, she seemed a little disoriented and so I help her with her balance until she was able to stay up on her own. When she's okay I let her go and wait for her. She looks around and seems content with her surroundings.

'I'll be back' I hear her projection.

"Alright, I'll wait here." I respond but she stops and looks at me.

"Yes darling? Do you not want me to advise you of your projections anymore?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.

She shakes her head, "I think that's the first time I am able to do it on command. All the other times have been by mistake." I smile at her.

'Maybe this means you're getting better at controlling it.' I mind link her.

She looks a little taken aback at first but then smiles. "Why did your voice sound different this time? It sounded...I don't know...closer maybe?" she asks me

'I assume it's because now I'm meaning to mind link you. It's not happening by mistake like you said.' I think to her.

She nods once and walks into her bed chamber. I walk over to the couch where her animal is laying and pet its head as I sit.

When she reappears, I swear on all the gods in all the realms, it took all my willpower to not make her mine right there and then. She was wearing the smallest pair of black shorts I have ever seen and a loose white tank top.

She's gonna be the death of me, I swear it, because no matter how loose that tank top was, her perky nipples were taunting me. Is she doing this to me on purpose? I think as I look her body over trying to memorize as much of her as possible. She speaks but I do not hear what she said.

"Loki?" she asks, and I'm snapped back into reality, "I asked if you want something to drink?" I get up and walk over to her.

"Yes but I don't think it would be appropriate to ask for what I have in mind" I say before I can filter the words through my brain.

She looks shocked for a second but then smirks and turns around walking further from me and onto the couch. She motions for me to sit next to her and so I walk back to the couch and sit.

"Well, before any of that, I want to tell you something and I don't know how to go about it, but after I do..." she takes a deep breath "...after I do, I'll understand if you decide to leave."

I look at her closely, when she does not continue, I decide to speak. "Darling, I promise there's nothing frightening enough for me" I try to give her a reassuring smile.

"Loki, I'm not who you think I am." She says.

——————————————

He's looking at you like you've grown a third eye...then again, you weren't that specific.

"What I mean is... Loki, I have a past. One I'm not proud of. I mean it's not like I eat babies or kill kitties. I just... I'm not the best person, and I definitely was not a good daughter." You can feel the tears pricking your eyes and you try really hard to keep them back.

"See, when I was about eighteen, I met a boy who I thought I loved...Richard" and the moment you mentioned that assholes name you see Loki's hand turn to a fist as he looks away with angry written all over his face.

'Does she still want him?' You hear him ask, but it sounded more like a projection this time, and you imminently have to rectify the direction of this thoughts
