I pressed the call button for face time and not even a second later she picked up.
Of course she had her camera pointed at the ceiling. She hated how she looked. Though I couldn't get enough of her. Not only because I never saw her. But because her personality constantly showed through her body language.
"Hey JE."
I smiled. Thank god my camera was turned away from me.
My cheeks heated up.

Thankfully it just came off as my friendly flirting.

"NEVER!" She screamed in a playful voice.

I pulled up southwest on my phone while on the call with her. Booking her flight.
"You gotta get in that car Noelle. How are you gonna get to the airport?"
"Taxis are real things J."
"Okay fair enough." I laughed.
I booked her flight and sent her the ticket confirmation.

She didn't respond.
"Did you just nod your head? Really?" I laughed dying. Oh my god she had just nodded her head.
"Maybe." She said also dying of laughter. Her laugh contagious. And her breaths in between a soothing sound.
"Oh my-my god. I'm sorry. Yes I-I would prefer the private jet."
She said still laughing.
I got back onto southwest and cancelled the flight.
Ordering a private jet would be difficult.
"Okay" I lied. Immediately dropping my phone and walking away. "Your jet is on its way."
I grabbed my keys and a suitcase. Immediately I threw a change of clothes in and grabbed my phone again. Laying back down on my bed my cam up towards the ceiling.
"Oh come on you didn't book me a jet I heard that suitcase." She said. "also I miss your face. Point your cam at your self."

"How can you miss my face if you've never seen it?!"
"Your loss."

I stubbornly grunted.
"JE! Fine."
She pointed her camera at her jawline I studied it. And then out of nowhere my hands were flying to screenshot it and before I knew it.

"Hmm?" I said trying to sound drowsy. "I guess I did."

"Uh no."

I went to my camera roll and deleted a dumb meme I had saved.
"Done happy?"
"Thank you."
we stayed up late just talking.
Until she out of the blue asked.
"JE? What are your pronouns?"
Why was she asking?

I smiled at myself. Blushing a little. The more I learned about her the more I fell down this hole of stupidity.
"What's your real name?"

there was a pause. Not an awkward one but an acknowledging one.
"Noelle." She said after minutes of silence.
"What?" I asked confused.
"Noelle Reaper is my name."

"You don't tell me your name but show me your face. I'll do the opposite. Only fair."
I nodded.
And we chatted. Noelle rambling on and on.
Me slowly drifting to sleep listening to the sound of Noelles loud obnoxious soothing voice.
