Chapter Eleven: Cuddles

Noelle's POV========########=======#######========#######
I walked out of the bathroom in my jeans and baggy sweatshirt. To see Jordan snuggling with a Kitten on the ground. I presumed it was the kitten who had sat on my lap earlier. He was fully black other than a small white patch on the tip of his ear. Making him really noticeable. I smiled at the both. Jordan had even set out some lunchables ham and milk for the little thing.
Jordan had to have been tired. Falling asleep sitting on the hard cold tile flooring.
I picked her up. Putting her in a soft Recliner. It was a gross green brown but it was certainly comfortable. I looked at the little black kitten. It could fit in the palm of my hand if it wanted to. I assume that it was the runt of the litter. Based upon how the others sprinted away without looking back at their brother.
I walked over to him. Sitting on the Tile and petting him.
"Oh Jordan named him Miles just so you know." A tall woman said. Her hair was strawberry blonde and she looked around twenty one.  Her eyes were a stunning deep blue. And her smile made her dimples even more prominent.
"Oh she named him?" I asked surprised that she had.
"Oh yes. A bad idea really. He'll want to leave eventually." She gave me a sad smile.
"Oh what am I doing. Im Lucy. Now come along Noelle. You need sleep. There's a guest bedroom down the hall. You and Jordan can share a bed if you like. But there's and air mattress in there to."
"Oh we can share the bed. Someone else can take the Air mattress " I said. Walking away. Oh wait. I turned around and picked up Jordan. Walking her to the bed. Then walking back out to get Miles but he wasn't there. I turned around to go back to the room when I heard a small mew. Looking down I saw Miles right at my feet.
"There you are buddy come on were gonna go to sleep." I whispered to him. Crouching down and picking him up.
I walked in and saw that Jordan had taken up the entire bed. Starfishing it. I shifted her leg and arm into a more comfortable positon then covering me and her with a blanket. And laying Miles down at out feet. I wrapped my arms around Jordan for extra warmth. Eventually Miles walked up to me and got under th covers innocently needing warmth. I didn't want to let go of Jordan. But I had to the poor thing was going to freeze to death. I unwrapped my arms from around her. Turning over onto my right side.
"come here Miles." And he did. Snuggling up close to my chest.
Slowly I fell asleep. This time the Dream wasn't what I expected.
At all.
Screams were in the distance
"Noelle!" Screamed Jordan's voice.
