Onika's Pov.

An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind. That's okay with me; I'll let the whole world be in darkness if it means that I'll get revenge.

I tighten my hold on my bag strap; I walk down the empty hallway to my English class. I sigh before turning the knob on the door; I walk into class not waiting for Mr. Collins to let me know if I can enter.

I walk to the back of the class and took a seat, I felt my head ache from drinking too much last night, I look around the class seeing that everybody had the same expression as mine, maybe it wasn't a good idea to pour alcohol in the punch but I bet they had a good time.

I place my coach glasses over my eyes and let my eyes close listening to Mr. Collins. I was actually drifting off to sleep until someone slaps my thigh hard making me jump.

I turn my head to Ty with a scowl on my face. "I'm sorry buddy, but you get me in the divorce" He says taking the seat where Wayne sat while Wayne sat in the seat where Ty normally sits.

I roll my eyes because I know he couldn't see them behind the glasses. I smack my lips, "I rather he take it all" I say smiling sweetly at Ty.

Ty scoffs, "What were you guys even arguing about?" He asks.

"Greene and Maraj, please stop interrupting my class with your chattering" Collins said, I roll my eyes for the infinite time today, people pissing me off really made my headache worse.

Ty mutter a small 'sorry' to Mr. Collins on the behalf of me and him before pulling out his notebooks to copy down the notes Collins wrote on the board.

"I'll pay you 5 dollars if you copy down my notes too" I whisper in Ty's ear.

Ty smacks his lips, "I'm not copying your notes for you, Onika, especially when you're being mean as fuck" He says while writing in his book. I groan, I really didn't want to write, I didn't even know why I came school today.

"Fine" I grumble before taking my notebook out of my bag then begin copying my own notes. "What the fuck is that word" I point towards the word I couldn't see.

"Review...maybe you should take those glasses off" He suggests.

"Maybe you should shut up, yea?"

Ty rolls his eyes, "The dance was lit last night" he says with a grin on his face.

"That's because of the spike punch" I chuckle seeing many students with their hand massaging their temple clearly they're suffering from a terrible headache.

Ty chuckle shaking his head, "They can't even act like they didn't know the punch was spiked because that shit taste like vodka instead of punch, I even saw Mr. Collins going for seconds, I think he's an alcoholic Nic" Ty says making me laugh.

"Aren't we all?" I ask.

Ty chuckles before agreeing "You're right"

The bell finally rings and I didn't even hesitate to grab my bag and walk out of class. I smile knowing this is my last class for the day.

"Do you have practice?" I ask Ty who's now walking beside me.

Ty nods, "I do, why do you ask, what do you want?" He asks while throwing his arm over my shoulder.

"Can't I just ask what my best friend what will he be doing after school without needing something?" I fiend shock even though I did wanted something from him.

"No" He flatly says, I smack my lips at his truthful answer.

"Whatever, dry lips" I shrug his arm off my shoulder, walking out of the school with Ty following closely behind me.
