I mentally cursed at myself as I fastened my walk to the opposite direction from the school gate. Glancing at my watch, I took a notice of the time. There wasn't much time left before the morning bell ring, I didn't want to have a late attendance. But looking at how it was now, it seemed like it was something unavoidable for me even though I was thinking of another route.

Gah, I didn't know what had possessed my night. I intended to binge watching those dramas for only a few episodes; not to finish it all the way until 3 seasons! And Chaewon didn't even notice that I still hadn't gotten up to school yet. Which basically meant a total disaster for me the moment I opened my eyes.

Peeking at the corner of the wall, I looked at my left and right in wary. The back route of the school was connected to the main road, just a little more and it was enough to escape to the city. This was the same path that I took while fleeing away from the council members after my first encounter with them. Hey, look, now I was one of them.

But no, take a double look. Right now, being such a great council memberㅡit had been two weeks alreadyㅡI decided to take a first step in rebellious despite being an honour student. A depressed feeling started to attack me when thinking about it, as I slung my legs over the wall with my skirt after climbing it with bare hands.

Who cared if someone see my panty at this pointㅡI had a bigger mission to settle right now.

Jumping down from the wall without hesitation, my foot slipped when an unknown figure got right under my way. "Uh-oh!" I bit my tongue as my eyes laid its vision on the person under me with slow motion. I consciously let my bag down to somewhere on the ground for first precaution.

Within a few milliseconds, I managed to get my own grip, landing right on both of my feet safely despite the sudden appearance of the figure. Phew, luckily this body of mine had a goddamn good reflexes. But still, that didn't allow someone to get me caught off guard like this. Rubbing the dirt off my uniform, I was about to throw a dissatisfied look when I noticed a guy sitting down with a head hung down low. His brown coloured bang was covering his eyes level, making it harder for me to pinpoint what was his real problem over there.

I scrunch my face at the scene.

What a coincidence.

Why would he be sitting there right under the spot I was going to jump from the other side? I didn't know other students would know at this hidden path, on top of that.
