The library wasn't as packed as I hoped for. Exhaling a relieved breath, I quickly moved to the counter where the bun haired librarian was at. It was the time for me to return the borrowed booksㅡand to be honest, everything inside this big ass library was gold and expensive.
After handing over the student card and books, I scanned around the area for more details. There weren't too many people here, so the atmosphere was really calming to cool off my head a little bit. Alright, maybe I should stay here for a while since my next period was free. "Ah, thank you." I smiled at her while taking back my student card.
Heading over to the reference books sectionㅡwhich I might say was one of the least famous sections for students here to go. Because they could afford all of these on their own without borrowing from the library..
Tiptoeing, I swiftly grabbed two books at once that caught my eyes. I was about to take more when the phone in my pocket buzzed like crazy. Luckily I set it to vibrate, or hell would break loose over here and get me kicked out. With my other hand, I took out my phone, then proceeded to grimace at the screen.
That Byun Baekhyun just spammed me fifteen messages at once, regarding the council meeting that we were supposed to have last minute today, even though it wasn't needed at all.
Geesh, I only skipped for once and he acted like he was my mother now.
I locked the screen once again, without replying to his loud ass before walking to one of the empty seats not too far. There was no one that could interrupt my free time. I was ready to sit down peacefully with grace when someone pushed me to the side and took my chair with a loud thud. My finger instinctively went to my lips and hushed the culprit to be quiet.
"Park Chorong." Oh Sehun had a poker face on as he stared at me. When I gave him a frank stare, he leaned forward to whisper, but still in a loud volume that wasn't appropriate in a library.
"I don't know what you and Yixing are planning."
I leaned away, "Urm, okay.."
"But I hate the fact that you're involved with us, right now."
I scrunched my face in discomfort. Did he appear out of nowhere just to be salty about that? "Uh.." There wasn't a quite suitable word to describe my feeling at his sudden appearance. First of all, he was lucky that I didn't hit the back of his head with these thick books.
Despite seeing my apparent oblivious face who didn't welcome him in my seat, he continued to spread more salt, "Do you even know what you're going up against?" I assumed that he was going to lecture me about all the dangerous stuffs, seeing that he now knew that I knew what he was doing.
