Oooww I manage to update 3 chapter in one day since I leave you guys for 2 days without update!

When the Cab pull in the front I quickly put my sunglasses, give him the bill and walk inside making sure no one sees me and go in the front desk

"Good morning ma'am, How can I help you?" She ask politely so I bring my glasses down in my nose to look in her eyes, she gasp when she see me

"Sshh please keep it low!" And bring my glasses back

"How can I help you Miss Y/L/N?" She ask again

"Can I go get check up real quick in a private room if that's ok!" She nod at me and go to her computer

"Ok can you tell me specific so I know who I'm gonna put the doctor for you!" I nod a her

"Yes uuhhhmm, well this past few weeks I feel this odd feeling like vomiting, always tired every now and then like that!" She nod and call someone in the telephone

After the call she turn to me with a smile and get out of the front desk

"Please follow me!" I nod and follow her at the left corridor into one of the door that have a label 'Dr. Gomez' and she stop there

"Dr. Gomez is waiting for you inside!" I nod to her

"Thank you!" She smile at me and leave. I knock in the door three times

"Come in!" I come in and take off my sunglasses, she stand up and take her hand out

"Good morning Miss Y/L/N pleasure to meet you, I'm Dr. Bianca Gomez!" I shake her hand and smile

"Pleasure to meet you too!" And she gesture for me to sit in front of her desk

"Please sit!" I sit and she sit in her desk. I look around, it was a nice simple office, a comfortable one

"So you're here for check up, can you tell me specifically what you feel!" She bring out a pen and paper

"This past few weeks I feel odd like I always have a morning sickness, I feel tired every now and then, I'm picky to my food even the smell, I'm always moody than usual and I always have a headache!" She nod at me and right in the paper

"Ok did you got your period this month?" I shook my head

"No!" She nod and write again

"Ok for what you said I think that...!" She go to her drawer and bring a box

"You think what?" I ask and she put the box in front of me and I see that it was a pregnancy test

"I think you're pregnant, there's only one way to find out!" She get up and open the other door which I assume was bathroom

I got up grab the pregnancy kit and go to the bathroom

"Did you know how to use it?" She ask befor closing the door

"Yes I know!" And she close the door so I go to the toilet and do my thing

After I'm done I get out leaving the test in the counter and sit at the chair again

"Dr. Gomez!" I said and sit down, she look at me and lean in her table, arms in the table

"Yes?" She ask

"If I'm pregnant what are the things do's and don'ts?" She nod at me

"Well Miss Y/L/N you need to be more extra careful if this is your first pregnancy, you need to eat healthy food and eat what your cravings, don't stress yourself it can cause you to miscarriage and avoid lifting heavy object and don't take medicine if your doctor didn't recommend there's medicine that can take during pregnancy and if you take medicine without the doctor consent your unborn child can have a disabilities or diseases!" I nod to her and rub my head, how can I not be stress if the fact that Natalia cheat and we live in the same roof
