Chapter 31

A.N. : Hey, I know I'm late for this chapter but I had finals exams so I've been studying, and then my computer broke down so I'm using my dad's... Anyways, here is next chapter. Let me know what you think of the story so far. Enjoy !

Wanda was in the kitchen when Natasha came down. She knew Vision had told Steve that they needed to talk but she wasn't sure if Nat was aware of that meeting.

Wanda: "You know... I kinda always shipped you and Steve, I just didn't know it was real... And I was definitely not even close to imagine about the kids."

Nat: "I don't know what you expect me to say."

Wanda: "Nothing... I just think you're really cute together."

Nat: "I need to talk to you about something."

Wanda: "Yeah of course, when ?"

Nat: "Later, when no one is around."

Wanda: "Did Vision tell you ?"

Nat: "About what ?"

Wanda: "Meeting in the conference room, like right now... It's kinda important."

Nat: "Well, he didn't but guess we should get going."

They walked out of the kitchen together and met Vision and Steve in the conference room. The boys were already sitting around the table.

Nat: "What's going on ?"

Steve: "I have no idea darling."

Vision: "It's about the twins."

Steve: *pretty worried* "Is everything alright ?"

Wanda: "Yeah, we just noticed something while we were babysitting."

Nat: "What is it ?"

Vision: "They kinda absorbed the powers of the infinity stone on my forehead."

Steve: "I thought humans couldn't handle being in contact with the infinity stones."

Wanda: "They didn't. When they are close to Vision, their eyes change yellow and they have the same powers as him, plus their own powers."

Nat: "Have you told someone else ?"

Vision: "No, since you are the parents, we thought you should know first."

Wanda: "We won't tell anyone if you don't want us to, you are the ones who should make the decision about who you wanna tell."

Steve: "We certainly don't want S.H.I.E.LD., HYDRA, or anyone to take them and experiment with them."

Nat: "I agree, but I think we should let the rest of the Avengers know this. At least the ones that live here with us."

Steve: "Let's call everyone in here, including the twins."

J.A.R.V.I.S. announced to everyone that Steve requested their presence in the conference room. Tony, Clint, Pepper, Sam and Thor walked in pretty confused. Usually, Tony was the one calling the meetings. Bucky entered a bit later with the twins.

Charlie: "Hey uncle Buck, this room is so cool."

Lexi: "We've never been in here."

Bucky: "This is where we usually work. That's why you never came in here. And yes, it's pretty cool."

Wanda: "Look at you Bucky, who would have thought you'll be the cool uncle."

Tony: "What ? I am the cool uncle. Am I not ?"

Bucky: "I don't think so."

Tony: "*whispering* "Hey, if you say I'm the cool uncle I'll buy you some new super cool toys."

Steve: "Ok, we all heard that."

Twins: "You're not the cool uncle, and you can't buy us like that."

Nat: "Those are my kids."

Tony: "Don't encourage them !"

Bucky: "Hey, as I'm the cool uncle, why don't I take you guys out ?"

Steve: "Not happening Buck, we've just come back, I want to spend time with my kids."

Bucky: "Why don't we all go out then ?"

Nat: "What are you thinking of ?"

Bucky: "Bowling."

Steve: "Like the old times pal, but I'll beat you to it this time."

Once the night out was planned, Steve and Nat explained to the rest of the Avengers the reason they were called in the conference room. And they all agreed with Nat and Steve that it was best if they didn't tell Fury or anyone of S.H.I.E.L.D. And they all went to bed.

The next morning Natasha, Wanda and Clint had training together. As usual, the girls were up first and started breakfast before Clint got there. Nat thought it was a great time to talk to Wanda about something that meant a lot to her and that she had been thinking about for the past week.

Nat: "Hey Wanda, before I forget, and now that we're both here alone I'd like to ask you something."

Wanda: "Sure, go ahead."

Nat: "Would you like to be my maid of honor ?"

Wanda: "Really ?! Yes, I would love to !"

Nat: "Great, we're going dress shopping this afternoon. Unless you have other plans ?"

Wanda: "No plans. We're going shopping."

Clint walked in, still half asleep. He went directly for the coffee, as automatically as a robot.

Wanda: "Morning Clint."

Nat: "Morning zombie."

Clint: *sips coffee* "Morning lady, morning russian spy."

Once they were done with their breakfast they headed out to the training room.
