Chapter 2

I woke up early today since I have to prepare myself emotionally and physically as the so called heir of SM group.

I had the usual routine.

I also cooked breakfast to make sure my tummy won't make some embarrassing noises later on.

Today is the day that I'll finally get to walk inside our family's company.

For 23 years, all I did was to study inside our huge mansion.

I rarely meet other people that's why I only have one circle of friends to lean on.

I just finished eating my pancakes when I heard some car honking outside of my apartment.

It must be Johnny!

How come he didn't call me?

It's just 7am and the schedule goes by 8am.

Well, without a second thought I grabbed my bag and looked at myself in the mirror.

I look gorgeous!

*knock knock*

I opened the door nervously since it's my first time having a man outside of my apartment inviting me to go out.

For some BUSINESS

"hey" a familiar voice spoke.

"Oh jaehyun it's you, what are you doing here?"

"Johnny couldn't make it so he asked me to fetch you instead."

For some reason it made me happy.

"You came early huh, come in first."

I invited him in since the place is just a 20 min travel from home.

"Did you have some breakfast?" I asked

He just smiled at me and continued to roam around the house.

"Yeah, I had some before leaving incase my stomach will grumble later on."

His answer is so sarcastic.

Is he teasing me??

"Well, I'm glad you did since I don't know how to cook so I can't offer you food too."

He chuckled and walked in front of me.

Really really close to me.

"Well, I'm not a good cook either but I can assure you're full."

I gulped.

What is he trying to say?

How can I be full when he's not a good cook?

"Well I'm not a picky eater so yeah I can handle that much."

He laughed.

Like really laughed.

I've never saw him this happy.

What happened to the mysterious looking guy huh.

"Look we gotta go now, we'll be late since it's traffic right now."

Oh that's why he's early today.

"Okay let's go"

He opened the car door for me which made me fluttered.

I've never experienced these things.

We both settled in and drove our way to the SM main building.

Our company have many buildings built at different places with different functions.

But today we're going to the most famous building.
