Chapter 50

There was a long silence. I could only hear people coming back and forth along the hallways and the deep sighs beside me.

"Uh I just went outside for a bit--"

"I took her for some lunch because it seems like someone didn't let her have her lunch yet" Chanyeol said sarcastically which made Jaehyun look mad.

I know that its really embarrassing to hear those words but its not the right time for me to be embarrassed because I should be stopping this tension here right now.

Chanyeol won't let someone bring his pride down and not in front of me. I've known him for so long and I knew exactly what's gonna happen if I don't do anything now.

"Uhm haha okay.. I guess I should be fine now yeol. Thanks for the food" I sincerely said as I faced him.

I can still hear Jaehyun's deep sighs behind me and I know that he's looking at Chanyeol straight in his eyes but thankfully yeollie decided to look at me.

"If you need anything don't hesitate to call me. You know that I hate seeing you in this kind of state minsoo." he said

"I know that yeol.." I muttered

I looked down and stared at my feet.

I don't know why but what he said made me look weak. Does he pity me?

"You're Mr. Lee's daughter, a CEO's daughter and the future of SM entertainment. You don't deserve to be treated this way."

I felt my heart clenched in anger and sadness. Chanyeol is a good friend of mine. He's like an older brother to me now along with the exo members and I know that he only wants what's the best for me but... hearing him say those words..

It hurts.

"And she's also the future wife of CEO Jeong. Now with all due respect 'sunbaenim', F U C K  O F F because my fiancée is more than that rich daughter and she doesn't deserve to be treated this way either."

Shocked as I am, I looked up to see Jaehyun clenching his fist without leaving Chanyeol's eyes.

"Jae.." I muttered and held his hand.

Thankfully, he glanced at me and calmed down for a bit but then just like what I have said, Chanyeol won't let anyone hurt his ego.

"CEO huh? Hahahaha" Chanyeol laughed sarcastically.

I glanced back at Jaehyun who's now madly angry and is trying his best to controll himself from doing something.

"J-jae let's go inside" I softly said

But he didn't listen to me.

"CEO that can't even take care of his 'future wife'?" he really emphasized those words to make Jaehyun mad.

"Yeol that's enough" I said

Chanyeol glanced back at me and raised his eyebrows. He waited for me to say something but nothing came out of my mouth. I'm too nervous and sad that my mind went blank.

"Really minsoo? You're 6 months pregnant for God's sake! And he couldn't even take care of you properly. You're wandering around alone with that child here in a country where people could instantly get you killed!"

"Are you really certain to marry this kind of man?" Chanyeol pathetically laughed and made me burst into tears.

That's it.

I couldn't stop myself from crying anymore.

"Did you really think that I'll let that happen you asshole!" Jae shouted and punched Chanyeol in his face.
