Chapter 16

I came back to the living room fully dressed in my pajamas and saw Jaehyun at the sofa reading some books.

"Uhmm" I made some tiny noise so that he would know that I'm here already.

He turned his gaze towards me after hearing my voice. I walked towards him and sat. The soft cushion of the sofa makes this situation a very comfortable one.

He placed the book he was reading a while ago on the wooden table in front of us.

"Should we go somewhere outside?" He asked me

I looked at my wrist watch and checked the time. It's already 6:00pm in the evening. Where would we go at this time?

"Uh why?" I asked him

He just sighed and said "I heard that tonight's gonna be a memorable one for the kids"

I narrowed my eyes at him and yelled.

"Yaaa! Am I a kid to you?"

I know that I'm childish at times, or maybe everytime but hey I'm not a kid. How can a kid know how to kiss dumbass!

"Let's just go baby" he pouted his lips while resting his back at the sofa's arms.

He planned on going out tonight and he just let me wear these pajamas? He didn't even tell me that we're gonna go.

"Can't you see that I just wore my pajamas and you're telling me to go inside and get changed again?"

"Who told you that you're gonna waste your time on changing?"

I raised my eye brows in confusion.

Jaehyun stood up and offered his hands at me who is still sitting at the sofa right now. Man I'm too lazy to get up you know?

"Your pajamas are the perfect outfit for tonight's hang out"

"Come on now" Jaehyun grabbed my arms and is trying to pull me towards him. I don't know why I allowed myself to go with him.

Before we got out of the house, Jaehyun made me wear some thick jacket and shoes. So basically, I'm wearing my white scooby doo hoodies and my grey pajamas matched with some white shoes and my winter coat which he saw at my door's entrance.

I know that it's cold outside but it's not that cold to be this fully covered.

Jaehyun and I entered his car and then he started driving. He played some random songs coming from the car's radio which he's been listening always. I heard that it's the same station where he and Johnny worked before for some daily contents on their nct channel on youtube.

A lot of fans and citizens loved their tandem. It gained a lot of radio listeners and the radio station became popular afterwards.

"Do you miss being on the radio?" I asked

"Hmmmn, why are you asking?"

I looked at him as he smoothly controls the steering wheels of the car. Damn he looks professional while driving.

"Nothing, just asking" I answered

"Well, of course I do miss being on the station and interacting with some fans and listeners."

"You also get to interact with some idols right? They also did some guesting." I answered

He took a glance at me who is just looking at the view coming from the window. Riding a car at night makes it also very refreshing to the mind because it also makes me forget all of the things that I've been working on lately at day.
