Niall's Princesses

Chapter 6 - "How is she?"

AN - Sorry it's taken a while to update. Personally I hate this chapter and I had no idea what to write for it but I hope you enjoy it!!

Harry’s P.O.V

I drove back to the house me and the boys were all staying in at the moment and parked up outside. I got out and was ambushed by Louis and Zayn asking who I had been with, I looked over at Niall who was sat there playing Fifa with Liam at the moment, completely oblivious to the conversation on the other side of the room.

“Umm I was with a friend for the day” I said awkwardly and hoped they wouldn’t ask who.

“A laaady friend?” Zayn asked raising an eyebrow and elbowing my arm. I rolled my eyes at him and walked to sit on the couch next to Liam. I watched their game of Fifa while Louis and Zayn mumbled to each other.

A couple hours later and I felt hands pin me against the couch. I tried pulling myself away but I heard Louis laughing and looked up to see that it was Zayn pinning me against the couch, so this is what they had been mumbling to each other. Louis jumped on top of me.

“I bet it was the photographer” He yelled in my face. I rolled my eyes again and tried pushing him off me but Zayn just pinned my arms back leaving me

“Ooooh is little Harry dating the photographer?” Zayn said in a childish voice.

“Shut up all of you, it was just a friend. And that’s all!” I said before managing to get up and walked to my room. Why did this have to happen; why couldn’t they have all been busy instead of having to annoy me. I fell onto my bed and got my phone out and saw a text from Rebecca.

today was fun and you managed to tire the girls out:) -Rebz x

I smiled and replied to her

I had loads of fun with them. I’m guessing you’re at work tomorrow and if you don’t have anyone to look after the girls then I can look after them at yours? –Haz x

I wanted to spend more time with Rebecca and the girls. It was going to be hard though, I had to make sure I didn’t mess it up and accidentally say who I’ve been with. I waited for a while for Rebecca to reply and I guessed she didn’t really want me to look after them.

I smiled as I realised it was getting late and seeing as I would need to get up early then I better go to sleep. I put my phone on charge to the side and got ready for bed. I lay in bed for a while just thinking about everything today.

The next day when I arrived at Rebecca’s the girls ran to me when they saw me and hugged my legs. I smiled and picked them up to give them both a kiss on the head. Rebecca thanked me again before saying goodbye to the girls and me and going off to work. I went into the living room where the girls were before and sat on the couch with them either side of me and continued watching children’s morning TV with them.

The whole day the girls stayed in their pyjamas and I played dolls with them and other games that little girls loved. I didn’t even realise how much time had passed until I heard Rebecca arrive home. She walked in and smiled at me when she saw me on the floor playing with the girl’s dolls. I smiled back at her and she came and sat on the floor with us.

A few hours later I left and was dreading the moment that I walked back in after not telling the boys where I was going until I walked out the door this morning just shouting that I was going out.

Today all the boys surrounded me when I walked in asking again who I had been with and I answered the same questions hoping they would just leave it.

“Harry just tell us who it is!” Louis begged.

“It’s a friend that I haven’t seen in a while” I said hoping none of them would catch on. They all fell silent  trying to think of who it could be.

“Do we know them?” Niall asked and I shrugged as a way to cover it. I knew how much Rebecca didn’t want Niall to know. They all started thinking again and that’s when Zayn’s eyes lit up and I hoped he hadn’t realised who it was. After all we had all been in the same room as her and I’m surprised none of the others recognised her. Especially Niall.

“Is it Rebecca?!” Zayn asked quickly and all our eyes widened and stared at Zayn apart from Niall. It was sort of an untold rule that none of us were meant to mention her after we knew that, even though Niall dumped her, he always missed her. Niall looked down slightly and then all eyes turned to me. I stayed silent and they could tell that if it wasn’t her then I would’ve said that it wasn’t. Niall slowly looked up at me.

“You’ve seen Rebecca?” He asked me slowly and I nodded slightly afraid of how he would react. The rest of the boys slowly backed away returning to the couch leaving me with Niall. “How is she?” He asked.

“S-she’s good” I said nervously and he nodded. He smiled slightly and we walked to the couch to join the rest of the boys.

Later on while everyone else was busy I got my phone out and text Rebecca
