Part 23: Wedding Day

Riley's POV

Today is the day. Witch day you ask. The wedding day! I was so excited, but also so nervous. I was waking up all the time because my stomach was hurting. It was one minute before eight and just as I sit up and was about to throw my blanket off me Mikaela came into my room.

Mikaela: ''Today is the day!''

She said with a big smile on her face.

Me: ''You don't say.''

I said looking at her. She already had her hair up and makeup is done. She was wearing her maid of honor dress which was a royal blue color. I asked her to be my maid of honor the next day that I got engaged. She totally freaked out and of course, she said yes. This wedding was a little different, so I did not have bridesmaids, but I had my best friend. Optimus and I also wanted just close friends and family at our wedding. Mikaela's face became serious.

Mikaela: ''What is it? Aren't you excited?''

Me: ''Of course I am. It is just...''

Mikaela: ''What?''

She asked taking a seat on my bed next to my legs.

Mikaela: ''You have a second taught?''

Me: ''No! Of course not!

Mikaela: ''Than what is it?''

I looked down at my hands as I took a deep breath.

Me: ''I'm scared.''

I said looking back up at her.

Mikaela: ''Oh I see. You are scared of the next level, aren't you?''

Me: ''Is it that obvious?''

Mikaela: ''Look do not worry about it. I know the first time is scary but do not worry about it. It's normal that you are nervous.''

Me: ''I don't want to make a fool out of myself.''

Mikaela: ''You will not. Optimus loves you and that is all that matters.''

Me: ''You are right. Thank you.''

Just then Sam came bursting into my room with a great speed. He looked like Bee showing off. He almost knocked the doors down.

Sam: ''Are you- What are you doing?! We need to get you ready!''

Me: ''Sam- ''

Sam: ''You need to get your make-up done, your hair done, and your dress...''

Mikaela: ''Sam would you stop freaking out that's not good for the bride.''

Me: ''Yeah and where are your trousers?''

Slowly he looked down and saw that he was wearing only underwear with a grey shirt and black tie around his neck. Before Mikaela and I knew it, he was out running towards his room. Me and my best friend burst out laughing.

Mikaela: ''So you want to get ready, or do you want me to tell Optimus that you changed your mind?''

Me: ''No, no let's go.''

I said as I threw the blanket off me. First, I went under a long shower. As I was done Mikaela help me with my make-up and hair. I did not want too much make-up and as for my hair, I just wanted them a little wavier as they already were.

The time came for me to get into my wedding dress. For a few moments, I just stared at it. My dress was a ball gown that had beautiful flowers decorating on it. Not much just enough to make it special. As I put it on, I took a looked at myself into a mirror that was behind me.

Me: ''Waw.''

Mikaela: ''Let us try the veil.''

Me: ''Okay.''

The moment she placed it on my head I just looked. I never taught that I would ever get married but now here I was in an amazing dress on my way to say the biggest yes of my life. A knock came on the door.

Mom: ''Are you ready honey?''

Me: ''Yes come in.''

The moment she and dad came into the room they got tears in their eyes.

Mom: ''You are so beautiful!''

She yelled as she hugged me.

Dad: ''Princess.''

Said dad as he came to hug me next.

Me: ''Hey don't cry I don't want to ruin my makeup.''

I said and both of them began to laugh.

Sam: ''Hey are we ready or...''

The moment he saw me he just stared at me.

Me: ''So what do you think?''

Sam: ''Waw.''

Me: ''Is that a good waw or bad waw?''

Sam: ''Waw. As it amazing waw.''

An even bigger smile came on my face.

Mikaela: ''One more thing before we go.''

She said giving me a bouquet of red and blue roses.

Mom: ''You are so beautiful! Let me a quick picture of you before we go.''

She said running out of my room.

Dad: ''Hurry Judy make more than just one! We do not know when Sam will merry!''

He said quickly following mom. Mikaela went to get something from Sam's room so I and my brother were left alone.

Sam: ''So...this is how it is going to be huh?''

He asked looking at the ground with sad eyes. I know what he was talking about. Ever since we were born, we stayed together. We were twins and we had a special bond that many twins had.

Me: ''You know that this will not change anything right?''

Sam: ''I know it's just...I'm going to miss us.''

I approached him and as I was standing before him, I gave him a strong hug.

Me: ''I am going to miss us as well bro.''

I spoke. He hugged me back.

Sam: ''Are you sure about this?''

Me: ''Of course. I love him.''

Sam: ''I know, but if he will ever make you cry, I will kick his ass.''

I began to laugh as I knew that was impossible, but I knew that Sam would try. We looked at each other and just then mom, dad and Mikaela returned to the room.

Mom: ''Quickly before we go, we need to take some pictures. You three-step together.''

Mikaela stepped on my left side as Sam stepped on my right side. After some pictures were taken it was time to go.

Mikaela: ''Are we ready?''

Me: ''Yeah let's get married.''
