"From now on, you will be Inumaki Ayumi, okay? Don't hesitate to tell us everything," Toge continued, and Ayumi nodded excitedly.

She hugged Toge all of a sudden. Toge chuckled but hugged her back. My heart softened because of the sight in front of me.

The three of us spent the whole day inside my room, knowing each other, telling stories. We did everything we could to make Ayumi feel comfortable around both of us.

I woke up because my alarm clock keeps ringing. I immediately turned it off, afraid that I will wake up the cute girl beside me.

I went inside the bathroom to take a bath and prepare. After a while, I went outside and saw that Ayumi is already awake and sitting on the bed.

"Good morning, Ayumi," I greeted her and kissed her cheeks.

"Hm. Good morning, mommy. Can I come with you today?" She asked.

Oh, she remembered. I told her yesterday that I need to attend my class today.

"Sure, darling."

I prepared everything, like putting snacks on the mini backpack and some toys, then showered her.

Ayumi and I are already standing in front of the classroom. I opened the door, and she hid behind me, peeking slightly.

When she saw Toge, she waved her tiny hands. Toge waved back and smiled.

"Ayumi, let's go inside, baby?" I said.

The both of us sat beside Nobara. My friend tried to strike a conversation with Ayumi.

"Hi, little girl. What's your name?" She asked.

I saw the others waiting for her answer too, curious if who she is. Ayumi looked at me first before answering. I smiled at her, encouraging her.

"I'm Inumaki Ayumi," she answered.

"Inumaki? Toge, is she your little sister?" I heard Yuta-senpai asked Toge.

Toge was about to answer him when Ayumi said something.

"Mommy, why is daddy not sitting with us?" She asked me innocently.

The room went silent. I looked around and saw everyone with a shocked face.

"Baby, your daddy needs to sit there. Don't worry, and we'll immediately go to him later, okay?" I explained to her.

"Wait. Mommy? Daddy?" Megumi said.

I nodded.

"Now that you mention it, Ayumi kinda reminds me of Y/N when we first met her. She was hiding behind Gojo-sensei and very timid," Yuji commented.

Wait, these two ain't thinking that she's our biological daughter, right?

I glanced at Toge, and I saw him talking with the second-years, probably explaining the situation. I wanted to do the same, but I don't want Ayumi to feel awkward, so maybe I'll do it later if she's with Toge or when she's preoccupied with something.

Minutes later, Nanami-sensei entered the room. He looked at Ayumi but didn't say anything. Maybe my dad already handled everything, just like what he said yesterday.

"Good morning, everyone," he greeted.

"About yesterday's assessment, I want to congratulate everyone for passing. I'll give back your papers, so you will know what's your mistakes," he added and passed back our papers.

Come to think of it. I haven't checked my results yet because I got busy yesterday.

I looked at my paper. Perfect. Yes, thank God, or I'll be doomed again if I got something wrong because Ms. Akumu will get mad.

"Can I see your paper? I want to check where did I go wrong," Nobara whispered.

I gave her my paper.

I looked at Ayumi to check if she's okay. She's scribbling something on the notebook that I handed to her a while ago. My daughter is well-behaved. I patted her head gently.

The morning class ended without any issues. I already explained the situation to my friends during lunch, and they understood it abruptly.

Right now, we are all on the training grounds. As much as I don't want Ayumi to see us doing things like this, I can't leave her alone in my room because she might feel sad or something.

I looked at her, and she's playing with Toge's hair, putting on hair clips and such. I snapped some pictures of them together. They go along well. I felt relieved.

"Baby, are you happy?" I asked.

The both of them looked at me then nodded. Ayumi glanced at Toge, confused.

"Daddy, mommy is talking to me," she said.

I laughed at her remarks.

"But you're mommy is always calling me baby, so she's talking to me," Toge answered.

Ayumi sighed.

"Wait, don't fight. I'm talking to both of you," I said.

"But daddy is old enough to be called 'baby.'"

I looked at Toge, who looks so defeated and don't want to argue with the child. I wanted to laugh at him, but I don't want him to feel offended.

I leaned my head on his shoulder.

"Come here, Ayumi," I said, tapping the space in between my legs.

She sat down, so I started combing her hair.

"You're right. Daddy is old enough to be called a baby. So, from now on, I won't call him that way, okay?"

I felt Toge stiffened.

"But I want to be babied by you," he whispered to me.

"Of course, love. Don't be jealous. I love you," I whispered back.

He sighed.

"I love you," he answered, then kissed the temple of my head.

My heart feels at ease. I can't ask for more. I hope things will stay like this forever.
