3rd Person POV

"One hour. We only have one hour to capture them," Maki said.

Toge held Y/N's hand, not wanting to let her go.

"Hey, this is just training. Don't worry too much!" Y/N said while laughing because of her boyfriend's cute gesture.

"But I know that Yuta won't hold back since he knows how strong you are," the man said with so much worry in his voice.

"I won't lose. I promise," Y/N said to stop his overly protective boyfriend from worrying too much.

"Toge! Everyone else already went to capture them. Let's go! And Y/N, we will leave Yuta to you. Go punch him in the face!" Maki interrupted and started pulling Toge away from Y/N with full force.

Toge struggled for a bit, but Y/N kissed him on the cheeks making him lose his cool for a few seconds.

Maki didn't waste the chance and immediately pulled Toge away from Y/N while grinning.

"Now that's a good way to shut your boyfriend up," she commented after seeing how red Toge's face is.

Y/N just laughed and waved her hands while walking to the different side of the field.

"Watch out for Nobara and try to keep track of their cursed energy. We won't know if when the nails shoot us," Yuji warned Yeri and Asahi while running.

The two first-year tensed up a bit. They continued running for a bit, trying to find the opposing team.

"I'll take you down right here!" They heard someone shouted not from afar.

"The both of you run now! I'll fight him," Yuji commanded, which the two immediately obeyed.

Megumi summoned his divine dog.

"Megumi, aren't you taking this too seriously? And I thought I would face Nobara here," Yuji told his friend.

"I want to see how much I have improved and fight you even once. And Nobara went with Panda-senpai," Megumi answered.

After explaining, Megumi ordered the divine dog to attack Yuji while running towards the latter too.

Yuji immediately punched the dog, making it disappear from thin air. The boy instantly regrets his actions because he loves the cute dog so much.

While Yuji was still contemplating his action, he overlooked Megumi, who kicked him in the side.

Yuji lost his balance, making him fall to the ground. Megumi immediately followed up his move by throwing a punch. Still, Yuji was fast enough to block it while standing up.

The pink-haired boy was still unsure how he would attack his friend without giving him too much damage.

Yuji tried to give Megumi some punches with a small amount of force, but the black-haired boy noticed it.

"Don't try to underestimate me. Give your best!" He exclaimed.

"Then, don't blame me if you ended up going to the clinic instead of going to our base."

The two fought for almost twenty minutes. Both of them have bruises all over their bodies after taking hits from each other.

It was no surprise that Yuji still has some energy left. He was athletic, to begin with. Exhaustion was already evident in their faces, mainly on Megumi, who was panting so hard.

Yuji didn't waste the chance. He stood up and punched Megumi on the stomach while saying sorry. Megumi smiled a little because of how kind his friend is.

At that moment, he knew he lost the game. He surrendered silently after that, not wanting to make Yuji feel bad anymore by forcing him to fight.

Both of them are sitting at the base of Yuji's team, talking about different things.

"I wonder if how did the fight between the others went," Megumi murmured.

"We sure took our time punching each other that I am too tired to move. I hope the first years will be fine," Yuji said.

"I am worried about who will face Yuta-senpai. I hope he would go easy on them," Megumi said and started laying down on the grassy field.

"No, I hope Y/N would go easy on Yuta-senpai. She really improved a lot over the past few months. And Y/N is scary when she's serious during a fight," Yuji said and copied Megumi's action.

"Y/N will hold Yuta-senpai? That's a surprise! I thought Toge-senpai wouldn't let her go off on her own. Damn, I wish we can witness them," Megumi exclaimed and gave a deep sigh.

"Toge-senpai doesn't want to let go of Y/N a while ago, but Maki-senpai pulled him, of course," Yuji explained while laughing after remembering the scene a while ago.

After that, no one spoke. They are enjoying the cold breeze of the air on their skin while thinking about their friends.

Due to tiredness, they fall asleep.
