!!Bonus Chapter!!

A/N:
Okay hi! So it's almost 1am and I'm feeling bored... so I decide to write this cuz I realised this shitty story I wrote got to 1.5k views :D

Anyways-
Let's get straight to the bonus :3

5 years had passed since they first started dating and nothing much has really changed about Venti.

Venti became a bard in Mondstadt and he frequently can be seen roaming around just randomly playing songs. Xiao on the other hand, has changed. He no longer had to work as Zhongli released him from his duties and the Liyue Qixing were very capable of managing things on their own.

Both of them now lived in their own house near Guili Plains. They've lived there for about a year already so they've settled in

"Xiao!! I'm backkk!!!"

Xiao was sitting on a rock, swinging his legs back and forth. He gave the bard a little smile before staring up at the moon. Venti came to sit next to him and Xiao let out a small chuckle.

"Remember when I still had to carry out my duties? Under the full moon, You'd sit here on this rock and play the Dihua Flute..."

Venti hummed a little bit and leaned into Xiao's embrace. The two of them sat there for a while and then Venti started placing small kisses on Xiao's cheek.

"Hey Venti... that tickles..."

"Hehe, I know"

He jumped up and went inside with Xiao following. Walking inside, a little dragon came running towards Venti. Picking it up, the bard started to baby the small animal

"Aww~ you've been waiting for us to come inside now haven't you Dvalin~~"

The first Dvalin had reincarnated into this baby dragon and Venti being Venti, he somehow managed to convince Xiao to let Dvalin stay with them. Xiao went into their bedroom and quickly changed into his sleepwear before jumping into bed and throwing the blanket over himself.

"Hold on Xiao, I'll go take a shower then I'll join you for cuddles"

"Yeah sure, but I'll fall asleep in a bit"

He was clearly very tired... after all, he had spent the whole of today at Wangsheng Funeral Parlour giving his 'family' a visit.

~Flashback~

"Aiya, you and that bard always seem to laze around. Got nothing else to do?"

"Hu Tao... you know Xiao has been through much for then you have"

She groaned in annoyance and slumped onto her desk

"Yes yes I know... you walking encyclopedia..."

"Hey! You have no right to talk to him like that-"

"Easy does it Xiao. She's just joking around"

A gentle, comforting smile came from the funeral parlour's consultant. Xiao relaxed as Hu Tao sat up and stared at the ceiling.

"Do you think Qiqi will remember to come visit us? She hasn't done so for the past week"

"Why not go see her for yourself dumbass..."

"Well I'm busy with piles of work to do, unlike you!!"

The two started bickering again, throwing rude comments and a few occasional insults back and forth.

"Seriously, did you two never grow up? You both still act like children!!"

Zhongli's stern voice immediately stopped them both. Hu Tao apologetically bowed and Xiao just grunted while crossing his arms.

The front door opened, making all three of them turn their attention to the person who walked through. Xiao slightly smiled when he saw a familiar long purple braid

"Qiqi!!"

Xiao excitedly ran over and crouched down to hug her. Zhongli came over and Hu Tao dashed over.

"Wowww what do you know? Our little zombie sister really did come!!"

Qiqi looked up at Zhongli then switched to Hu Tao and then back at Xiao

"Xiao... has messy.... hair"

She reached out and gently brushed Xiao's hair around until she was satisfied. Being very lenient towards the little girl, Xiao just sat still until he felt Qiqi stop messing with his hair.

Then Xiao suddenly felt Venti playing with his hair and it pulled him out of his flashback. He turned around to face Venti and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend's waist, pulling him closer.

"Mm... g'night bby~"

"Night"

Both of them fell asleep in each others embrace as they have been doing for the past year. They were both extremely happy. Now they can live their eternal life forever side-by-side in happiness.

yeah so I did start this at 1am and idk where I was going with this but yeah

This is indeed the end of the story so I hope you somewhat enjoyed it while you read it <3
I really tried my best to think of SOMETHING to extend it but it'll just end here :')
