"Pony your close to Robin huh?" Sodapop asked his little brother, they were both alone in the living room watching cartoons. "Yeah I guess so" ponyboy said not knowing where soda was going with this "hmm you know there is a fair coming to town you should take her" soda said, ponyboy lit a cigarette.

"I told her about that, I think it would be cool to go" pony said taking a smoke. Soda smirked at his little brother and ruffled up his hair "my little pony is growing up" soda said causing pony to cough and almost dropping the cigarette. "it's not like that! We barely know each other!" Pony explained looking over at soda. Soda shrugged at his words "when I first asked Sandy out I barely knew her, but sure was I whipped" soda said smiling happily thinking about his blonde girlfriend.

"Do you like her? Think she's cute?" Soda said pushing this a little more. Pony thought about it for a minute which told soda enough. "She's cute but that's it" pony said taking another puff. Soda smiled at his brother knowingly. "Alright," he said something off about his voice ponyboy sighed "I'm going to hang outside" he said walking out and sitting on the porch.

I walked over to the one dollar store with my water bottle. It was a super hot day even with a tank top and some shorts I still felt the heat. The bell rang as I went into the store but no worker cared. I look around the store originally looking for snacks but "oh no way!" I said grabbing a small water gun in a pare of two. there was four left both together are two dollars and then a hole thing of water balloons "oh whoever I'm going to see next is gonna to regret it!"

I was walking down the pony's neighborhood hoping to bump into him. I was carrying my new green water gun and my book bag was filled with three other water guns and water balloons. I sighed I haven't seen anybody I knew yet so I haven't got to blast people. "Robin?" A voice chimed I looked over to find ponyboy with a cigarette. Without a second thought I grab my water gun and shoot him. One cuz I been waiting to do that and two cuz he was smoking. "Robin what the heck?" He asked now drenched in water I laugh at him.

"I been waiting to do that!" I yelled walking up to him his white tank top was now see through "whoa nice build, I'm jealous but hey look we're matching" I said pointed to our tank tops.

"What was that?" Pony asked he blew out his cigarette and put it in the ash tray. I pull out my trusty water gun and pose with it like I was in a action movie. "hehe I just got it, it was only one dollar! I got some for you to and water balloons! It's a hot day soooo water fight?" I said hopeful. Pony laughed "definitely. I can get the gang if you want?"

"The more the merrier! Where is your hose and a box I wanna fill up everything" I said pony pointed over at the hose on the side of the house and handing me a box on the porch they were going to throw away. While pony went into the house I take off my backpack and unload all the water balloons. I filled each one up and put them in the box it was going to take a while though.

"Hey there little birdie" a way to familiar voice said. I turn around to see the one and only two-bit I smile and Like pony shot him "two-bit!" I said like I didn't just drench him in water. He laugh all cherry like I put my gun down. Two-bit quickly grabbed the gun and shot me. "AH NO" I yelled trying to block the water with my hands. It didn't work to well seeing how I was now wet probably more then pony and two-bit.
