A/N Hello! I've been really busy but I finally go to a request! Again, its only a drabble but I had a lot of fun writing it! The shippings a little vague but I personally like it! Enjoy, this is a HolidayxAdam oneshot requested by @LadyPower25 !
She's standing by a tree the first time he sees her, looking identical to Adelaide and therefore almost a photocopy of Camila, at least before the eldest of the robots tinkered with her outward appearance file and grew her hair. She's dressed like Adelaide too, fluffy white top and a sweater vest, mary janes and suit pants... She's reading a book, hazel eyes glossing over the page at unnatural speeds. Adam thinks it's some sort of philosophy book, most likely the same essay written by Nietzsche or Plato or Aristotle. She flits her head up, and for a second Adam thinks she's heard Cam, whose camouflage and taking a closer look at Badgers find, but it's just a stray calico shyly lurking towards her. She reaches out a hand to pet it and smiles-
"-dam? Adam?" The aforementioned robot snaps his head to face Badger, who's looking at him strangely. "So what do you think?"
"She's definitely like us" the second eldest hums, tapping a finger on the wood, but refusing to look back at the girl in Doctor Whittier's backyard (Holiday, he thinks is what Badger had called her. The old man really is getting more creative with his names)
"Yeah, no shit" Cam blinks into existence "I swear she almost sensed me when I was over there"
"So?" Badger squeaks, fiddling nervously with his hands "We can't leave her here"
Cam sighs "Badge-"
"No, he's right" Adam jumps in, sighing and getting up from his crouched position. "Another one of us will be helpful in stopping Whittier Corp. Get her out of there safely, today, and bring her back to HQ. Don't get caught" He motions for Cam to follow him, and she does, confused.
"You're actually gonna bring her to the Island?" she asks as they speed through the clouds.
"Sure, why not. She might be helpful"
Cam gapes at him, then laughs "Good god, Adam. Your going soft"

"-and that should do it, no more nipping little kitty" Adam opens tha flap of the community tent to see Holiday crouched by... a lion cub? Badger's at her side looking wide eyed at what used to be a prototype. The eldest of the three clears his throat, and both of the younger robots look up at him, smiling.
"Adam! You're here! Let me formally introduce you two!" Badger jumps up, beaming and dragging Holiday from the floor. The lion in her lap spurts to life and dashes into the forest. "Holiday- this is Adam! He's older than me but younger than Cam and really cranky sometimes, so don't bother him before noon"
Adam gives him a glare and Badger gives her an 'I told you so' look. "And Adam, this is Holiday! She figured out that thing about the animals? The one about adapting them to their habitat and stuff so that they act and look like animals but don't... ya know, kill us. And I gave her a tour! She loves it here"
Holiday nods, smiling brightly, and Adam swears its with the light of a million suns. "It's so beautiful here, like pollution and global warming just skipped over this place. It feels kind of immortal, like Neverland"
"And I said-" Badger interrupts "-that we should call it that! The Island is kind of vague and boring, and Peter Pan is Holidays favorite book"
Adam nods, keeping down a smile "Okay, whatever, just don't go advertising it everywhere"
Holiday beams again, and Adam doesn't think he'll ever be able to say no to her.

Badger comes back alone, and Adam knows before he opens his mouth. Holiday had been acting strange, going on and on about humans and Anders and families, and eventually Adam had snapped at her, glaring and hissing until Cam eventually separated their cat fight and Badger ran off to follow Holiday.
The day had been silent, and Badger had returned, and in a fit of tears he explained the helicopter and Whittier and Holiday and the goddamn humans.
"Why is he taking everything I love" Adam finally says, after a week of silence and re-reading Peter Pan "I love her, and he took her away from me"
Cam out a hand on his shoulder. She's the only one left, since Badger moved on to find some way to convince Holiday to come back. "We'll get her back, I promise"
It takes him a second, but he nods, suddenly more determined than anything "We will" he says.
