Description/Summary/Idea: A girl and her grandfather travel the world treasure-hunting and exploring. They decide to go an expedition to find the lost body of a pharaoh and his treasure in a pyramid in Egypt. A boy comes along too and she starts to fall for him. They have to find what they're looking for and survive.

Genre: Adventure

Possible Titles: Great Escape, Pyramid, Expedition 253

Why?: Great Escape - they have to escape the pyramid, they have to escape the dangers
Pyramid - takes place in a pyramid, based on pyramid, pyramids are dangerous and mysterious and so is their journey
Expedition 253 - it's an expedition, they're the 253rd group to attempt it

Biography - Her mother had her at 16. Her father left them. When Alexis was 2, her mother was sentenced to prison. She has lived with her grandfather in Darwin, Australia since. They journey all the time together.

Personality - serious, determined, stubborn, skillful, passionate, fierce, adventurous, curious

Biography - He lives with his parents. He has an older brother in college and has always been in his shadow. He sponsors himself so he hasn't been on very many expeditions. He lives in Colorado.
Appearance - curly blonde hair, brown eyes, fair, tall, strong
Personality - mischievous, funny, determined, curious, adventurous, skillful

Additional: Alexis should definitely have an Australian accent! And everybody who's ever tried to find the pharaoh and the treasure has died or never returned! The few that did live should've been driven insane! It should be really cool and dangerous inside the pyramid! Also, I'd just make up a name for the pyramid and the pharaoh! You don't have to be an expert on Egypt to write this! Also, below I'm going to put a description of the expedition that I would have! Read on!:

Expedition: A team of 8 is wanted. 1 person from each continent except 2 from Australia (Alexis and her grandfather). They are hunting for the lost body and treasure of an Ancient Egyptian pharaoh. They will likely have weapons to defend themselves. Experience with hieroglyphics and plenty of knowledge about Ancient Egyptian history is required. Injury, madness, disappearance and/or death is a risk.
