Air raid sirens rang at the airfield. Jasper Miller ran to his fighter plane, Hawker Hurricane.
Jasper turned on his plane as fast as possible and quickly made his way to the large patch of grass.
Jasper's friend, Terry Jones was already taking off.
Finding an open lane, Jasper took off towards the German bombers. He could already hear voices over the radio.
He lined up his plane so that the targeting circle was centered on the engine of the bomber. Rushing at 330 mph, Jasper slowed down a bit to take his shot.
Jasper started pushing the button on the control stick, sending gunfire at the Messerschmitt Bf 110 bomber.
Jasper then pulled away, sending the engine to flames.
Jasper looked up to see a Messerschmitt Bf 109 fighter plane flying right at him! Jasper tried to get him off his tail but the enemy fighter was still chasing him.
"I can't shake this one!" Yelled Jasper into the radio.
"I can't help you, I got problems of my own." said the Squadron leader James Hunt.
The enemy plane was closing in, now firing at Jasper!
Jasper then heard the plane behind him burst into flames. He looked to his side to see Terry's plane flying by.
"Thanks Terry." Said Jasper with breath of relief.
Jasper turned towards James who was still getting chased by another Messerschmitt Bf109 fighter. Jasper began shooting at the enemy plane at an angle, tearing up the tail and rudder. The enemy fighter was still flying. Terry came rushing in shooting at the enemy plane, causing if to to lose it's left wing.
The German plane began spiraling down towards the ground.
"Last one!" Said James looking at the remaining bomber. Jasper took the shot at the German bomber and ended up tearing up the tail of the plane.
It was still flying, but there was no way it could make it back to it's base. Jasper knew what to do. He sped up right next to the German bomber and yelled at the radio "No one finish him!"
Jasper looked to his side and saw the panicked bomber pilot. He then got his attention and started gesturing at him to try to land. The German pilot nodded and began gliding his way down to the ground.
With a rough landing, Jasper saw the crew of the crashed plane crawl out of the cock pit. Then he saw British infantry rushing towards them.
The German pilot waved to Jasper. They were enemies, but they still respected each other.
"That's all of them." said James over the radio "Time to head home."
