*Two year time skip
Genesis's Pov
Paperwork, why was it piles of piles of nameless paperwork? Only Levi would have my ass doing this for hours on end in a hot ass office. I set the pen down for a moment to flex my hand out the best I could from the aching coursing and seering through out my palm. Just a small break shall do, well I would hope it would.
I stood up pushing in the chair for a very fast moment walking over towards the large window, the scenery was a little nice and put my racing heart at ease just a small bit. The sun look beautiful with a warm like glow.
I remember that was the last thing we did before you disappeared Eren, turned nineteen we spent the day out sunbathing the first time we could enjoy it for once without a large worry in the world.
Seems the small peaceful memory was gonna be ruined, took me away from my thoughts right away. I didn't spare a glance right sway towards my door when it was being slammed opened, the large wooden door hitting against the wall bouncing slightly.
"Do you always have slam the door open to announce your presence to me? Just calling out a simple hey, hello Genesis would do nicely." I spun around with a light grin on my face, man feels like he hasn't aged in forever really.
I titled my head but watched him slam a letter onto my desk, the warm breeze blowing through my very short curly hair. "Did you know about this?" I arched an eyebrow, walking to stand near him. What the hell is he on about now?
"Did I know about what? Use your words Levi honestly how are you older then me." I grumbled scooping up the letter holding my breath for a split second in disbelief.
"I- of course I didn't... I haven't seen him just as long as you guys have. This is happening now?" I questioned snapping my eyes back towards Levi's dull ones.
"Get suited up, seems will be seeing your boyfriend shortly." I scoffed at his tone looking back at the letter my fingers ghosting across the faded pen marks.
Promise we'll find each other in the future...
So the future must be now.

The new uniforms were a little tight on the skin, but they did look a lot more badass, over time they just made the gear easier to equip, in the new shape of the guns. My black boots made a slight noise in contact avoiding the contact with Mikasa I was doing my very best to listen to Levi's ordered.
"Oi don't get killed!" He yelled out to everyone, I rolled my eyes playfully, way to give a speech shortie. I pulled my guns out shooting out the hooks fast both me and Mikasa having the same idea to make way towards where a very tall Eren's titan was.I
I shot my grapple out to quickly attach to his other shoulder landing into him with a hard grunt, standing up stretch my hand gripped at him, watching those large green eyes of his turn to stare at me. I weakly cracked a smile cupping at his large titan face exhaling a breath.
"Hey there my love, still being reckless as ever I see." I chuckled getting a small grunt in return, now of course wasn't the time to be laughing but when he slightly nuzzled his huge nose onto my cheek, it wasn't a heartwarming meeting like I always pictured but it had to do for now.
I slightly gripped at his head turning my attention to what was going on in the scene of well. Lots of blood, I could see from a mile away that Eren had killed a lot of people in the process. The sight was gruesome.
"Eren.." Mikasa spoke out looking like right away she was about to start one of her scolding sessions.
"Mikasa.. Now isn't the time for that." I told her she flashed me a very bored and extreme glare, yet I focused on Eren who was grunting out some more his stance very much prepared for battle. I saw a very tall and white large titan with a large weapon at its side. I held my breath looks like Eren is just gonna need back up this time.
"Alright I got it, be here for back up." I whispered to him, he let a small roar out, before a small like purr also left him, he nuzzled my cheek one last time.
It was like just a gut feeling he was trying to explain, I shifted my eyes around the rumble. There's even more titan shifters around, I can heavily tell one of them is Reiner.
