Genesis's Pov
"So how'd experiments go today?" Reiner asked me curious since he was leaning on my leg a bit looking up at me while Bertholdt was sitting on the grass with Eren who was dozing off leaning on his fist.
I hummed a low bit. "Well I think it went okay Hanji took more blood and we tried something different." I spoke and Eren cleared his throat fast after playing off that his hand fell off his lap when he leaned his head on it more.
Bertholdt and Reiner snickered lightly with each other looking at each other. "Different In what way." Eren muttered when I looked at him.
"Well, Hanji Injected me with all kinds of weird color needles she told me that that won't take effect until nightfall through," I explained.
Bertholdt hummed, "Well that will be really good to see what they do." Bertholdt called to me with a smile and I copied it.
"Yeah, I am too." I whispered when Reiner grinned.
"Well the expedition went different then anyone wanted to happen." Reiner called.
Eren nodded with a grim look on his face. "Captain Levi lost all his squad to the female titan." Eren spat out and I tilted my head when Eren scowled.
"But don't worry too much," Eren called when I hummed a little bit and I patted Reiner's head then did the same to Bertholdt who was smiling then Eren who blushed smiling a bit.
"You know Genesis you act human a lot. " Bertholdt commented and I blinked ever since Hanji injected me with those needles lot of thoughts have been filling my head up quite a lot.
"Actually I was human before." I called and I saw each of there eyes go wide. "What?" Eren stammered when I nodded.
"A long time ago I was human a while ago and slowly I turned then blackout." I called to the three who were listening.
"I had a mom, dad, and little brother but for a while I was alone. I was human back when the walls first were built." While I saw Eren's mouth hung open.
"That was such a long time ago Genesis how do you remember that?" Eren asked me amazed.
"How is she alive." Reiner exclaimed when Bertholdt was just looking at me in awe.
"Maybe she turned into a titan." He whispered and I looked at him confused. "its quite possible you don't remember being human when you turned titan but you kept the nature of a human not wanting to eat anybody, sleeping, being curious." Bertholdt named off.
Reiner nodded fast "that could be true that's why she's so smart and looks like a female as well." Reiner called when Eren was looking at me playing with the grass.
"It doesn't really matter she's still the same." Eren muttered and he looked up at me with a smile and I smiled at him "brats." I heard Levi's loud voice and I saw the three of them jolt and wince.
I chuckled feeling the breeze brush my large hair away.
"I need you all inside Yeager in the front." Levi ordered when he came over and they all saluted getting up when Levi wasn't looking Eren gave me a quick hug on my leg which I returned as best as my large form making him chuckle.
Levi gave me one firm nod before he followed after everyone and then I was by myself like I always was but this time I get to have the thought in my head that I was human before all this a long time ago.
But I'm curious to why I know this now? why all of a sudden can I recall my family In great details but I won't ever understand honestly.
I sat down on the grass messing with it the best I could since I felt sleepy and I rested all the way down on the floor. When I laid my head on the grass and the hard ground letting my head pound since my body felt weird as well.
I couldn't understand it felt as if my body was in flames and fire. I shut my eyes getting through the light pain then I shut my eyes falling asleep.
