(Tori's POV)

Yesterday was Kevin's funeral. The whole gang attended, as did both of my parents, Beck's parents and Andre's mom. Sikowitz and Lane also attended the funeral.

Eddie gave his speech at the funeral. He spoke about how amazing a job his grandad did at raising him along with his grandmother and then himself after she died. He spoke about many fun times they had and then spoke about how much he will miss him. It was a very moving speech that got a lot of people attending very emotional.
What was sad most of all though, was the fact that there was no other members of Eddie's family there. There is no one else left. It was just friends who attended, and that's what upsets me most of all, Eddie has no more family.

My dad drove me and my family and Eddie to the fumeral and drove us all home. We gave Eddie a ride since he was in too much of an emotional state to drive himself.

Once we got back to the house, my mom and dad both gave Eddie a hug, and they both said that Eddie will always be more than welcome at our house, whenever he likes.

Eddie stayed the night here, there was no way we were letting him go to his house on his own after the funeral.
Eddie and I held each other in our arms for almost the whole night, and I feel asleep to him stroking my hair.

I have been laying in bed awake for about ten minutes now, just watching Eddie and listening to his steady breathing. I feel so awful for him, me, my parents and the gang are all he has now.

I decide to get out of bed, carefully, so I don't wake up Eddie and go downstairs to make so food. It is still early in the morning so my mom and Trina are still in bed, but as I walk towards the kitchen I see my dad has had the same idea and is already making some waffles and bacon with syrup, and also has cut up a lot of fruit and put it all into a bowl.

As I get to the kitchen, my dad turns to me and smiles.

"Morning hun, how did you sleep?"

"Not too bad thanks dad"

"How is Eddie?" he says with a little more worried look.

"I'm not sure dad, obviously not great, he hardly spoke last night and he's stilll asleep"

"I'm not surprised Tori, he lost his only remaining family. It will probably take him some time before he is his usual self again."

My dad stops cooking the bacon and look straight at me.

"You and your friends must do all you can to make sure Eddie is okay Tori. You guys are all he has left now, and he cannot start to think that he is alone in this world. Your mother and I will do all we can to help him too."

"I know dad, I will do all I can for him" I say as I give my dad a small smile.

I take mine and Eddie's food that my dad has made up to my room. When I get to my room I see Eddie is awake and looking straight up at the ceiling. He sees me with the food and gives me a small smile.

"Morning babe, how are you?" he asks.

"I'm okay baby, you hungry?" I ask.

"Starving" he replies. We eat our food, Eddie exceptionally fast. I'm not surprised really, he hardly ate anything yesterday.

After our food, I take the plates downstairs, and when I come back up, Eddie stays quite and is looking towards my balcony, like he's deep in thought.

"Are you okay babe?" I ask hesitantly. I know he's not okay, but he needs to know that I'm here for him.

He looks at me but doesn't say anything. Then he leans towards me and hugs me, and I immediately hug him back. We lean back onto the bed, our arms still wrapped around each other and Eddie lets out a quiet sigh. I kiss his cheek and I feel him smile as I do. He kisses me back and starts drawing patterns on my back with his fingers as I stroke his arm.
We stay like this for a little while before we both fall back asleep.
