Chapter Fourteen

Y/N's POV:

At last, we finally reach home. I dig into my pocket and grab onto the pokeball.

I stare at it for a couple seconds until I toss it onto the floor.

A bright light appears for a matter of seconds until it slowly fades.

Lopunny appears in front of both of us. She opens her eyes.

Y/N: "Don't be scared. Just stay right there."

I walk towards a nearby cabinet and grab some bandages.

She walks closer to me and extends her arm out.

I carefully clean off the blood with a wet cloth and wrap her arm in bandages.

Y/N: "There, you're all better now." I say with a smile.

Her cheeks lighten up with a red blush as she hugs me gently.

W-Wow, didn't expect this. She's surprisingly soft.

I hug her back as I chuckle to myself.

Wait a minute, where is braixen?

I look over to the sofa to see her staring at us.

Her unreadable expression stares both of us down.

..Why is this a little concerning to me?

Y/N: "Well Lopunny, welcome to your new home." I pat her on the head.

She lets go of me and gives me a cute smile.

When I looked out through the window it was already night time.

Y/N: "I'll let you stay out here for a while, I need to go do something."

I walk away from the two pokemon and walk upstairs.

Wow, my second pokemon. I'll make sure she's happy here.

Braixen's POV:

I watch in anger as Lopunny hugs onto Y/N.

Is she serious? she's not in love with him, is she?

She needs to learn how to keep her hands to herself..

Y/N: "I'll let you stay in here for a while, I need to go do something."

Y/N soon leaves and walks upstairs, leaving lopunny and I by ourselves.

She turns to me and speaks.

Lopunny: "So.. "braixen", is it?" She asks.

Braixen: "Yeah?"

Lopunny: "Nice to meet you. He seems pretty nice, dont you think?"

I stare at her in jealousy as I stay silent.

Lopunny: "What?"

Braixen: "Just know that whatever you're doing, I can stop it."

Lopunny: "I don't even know what you're talking about."

Ugh, she's not worth my time. I get up from the sofa and stretch.

Braixen: "Don't follow me. I need to go see my trainer."

Lopunny: "...Bit clingy, aren't you?"

I stop in my steps as I hear those words. I turn around and look at her.

Braixen: "What di-"

Y/N: "I'm back, its getting late. Ready to go back in the pokeball, lopunny?"

She nods her head.

Good, she shouldn't be here anyway.. I should be his only pokemon.

Y/N: "Sorry you already have to go back in. Tomorrow you and I can do something together."

This leaves me upset inside as my eyes hover over to lopunny.

He takes his pokeball and captures her inside it.

Y/N: "I'm gonna head onto bed now." He says.

He begins to walk, but I quickly grab onto his hand.

Y/N turns to me. I give him a puppy eyed look.

Y/N: "..You want to sleep in the bed again? Alright, fine."

A smile immediately grows on my face.

He places the pokeball onto the table as he goes upstairs.

I stare at the pokeball for a couple of seconds before I follow him.

Lopunny better not be a problem..
