Love Again [Taekook story top!tae]

2 weeks later~

"Ah finally summer break is here !" Jungkook plopped down on Taehyung's bed. His shirt ridding up and making is waist visible. Taehyung just shook his head and pulled down the younger's shirt covering the exposed skin.

"What are you doing?" Jungkook stretched again which made his shirt go up again.

"you need to buy better clothes that fit you, stop wearing the same ones you wore 5 years ago, you are a growing boy" Taehyung sat beside Jungkook, opening a can of soda and handing it to the other and opening one for himself.

"hmm...since the summer is here, should I buy crop tops?" Jungkook asked casually, little did he know that made sentence made Tae's mind crazy with inappropriate images.

"It's your wish, do whatever you want" 

"do you wanna come shopping with me then? You could see me trial a few and choose which is best"

No. Taehyung is defintely not going to do that. He won't be able to control himself.

"You said that you want to introduce me to your other friends" Taehyung tried to change the topic.

"oh yeah, I completely forgot. Jin and Joon hyung wanted to bring you to our local burger shop tonight. They are leaving for the rest of the break so today is the only day we could meet them" Jungkook says.

Taehyung is thankful that he took Jungkook's mind off crop tops, but still he can't remove it from his brain.

"Okay let's go then. How about we leave in an hour? sounds good?"

"Okay, I'll go get changed" Jungkook got up.

"why what's wrong with the one you are wearing?"

"I wanna look pretty" Jungkook says.

"You already look pretty though" Taehyung didn't think before speaking. It just came out naturally. This was the first time he voiced his opinion. He wanted to take it back before it makes the boy uncomfortable but seeing the blush on Jungkook's face he was a little relieved.

"You think I'm pretty?" Jungkook asked shyly.

"Yes, pretty as a flower" Taehyung smiled.

"oh..thanks, but still I'm going to get changed bye, see you later" Jungkook ran out of the house by making a complete fool out of himself. His heart is racing is so loud. Taehyung just called him pretty.

He can't wipe the smile out of his face and he can't concentrate on picking the outfit. His phone rang and it was a facetime fromJimin.

He attended the call and Jimin started talking like usual, "That's so crazy like-I got a summer fling can you believe that--wait why are you so smiley and blushy!! did you kiss your neighbour guy?"

"NO!! he just called me pretty !!" Jungkook smiled wider.

Jimin rolled his eyes, "that's the bare minimum"

"whatever shut up, continue talking about your summer fling and also help me pick an outift"

The call went on, both laughing and giggling.

An hour later the door bell rang and since Jungkook lost track of time he still didn't put on his shirt.

"MOM IT'S TAE ! OPEN THE DOOR I'LL BE THERE IN A MINUTE!" he yelled, quickly putting on his shirt he ran down the stairs to see Taehyung talking with his mom.

His mom turned around and took one look at Jungkook and turned back to Taehyung and smirked, "you boys are finally going on a date huh?"

"um--" Tae was blushing.
