"This was a fun day, eh?"

Bismuth smiled down at Peridot, who had her hands on her hips in the look of satisfaction. "Indeed. iren universe is a very enjoyable presence to be around!" She chuckles clapping her hands once. "They've become quite popular with the little homeworld residents. Especially with lapis!" Bismuth chuckled, crossing her arms in agreement. "Ya got that right!" Bismuth chuckles, turning to see you playing with lapis, smiling as she heard you both laughing. "Like two peas in a pod." She laughs again before turning to steven. "Say, why don't you bring lil wings over here more often? I they'd be a great student at little homeschool!"

Steven looked up at the large gem with a tired frown. "You think so?"

"Well, yeah! They seem like a really quick learner! And someone's gonna have to teach them to put their wings to use, right?"

He turns to you and lapis, brows knitting in unrest.

"Yeah... yeah, sure." He mutters ominously, clenching unseen hands into fists as he saw you flutter in the air.

"But there's somethings we need to work on before we do that first."

"Oh, look who's back!"

Pearl smiles as you practically burst through the door, bounding into the living room in a sense of childish excitement. Garnet, who was standing beside pearl in the kitchen, looked up and smiled at you. "Hello, cutie pie." She walks out from behind the kitchen counter, knelting down and handing you a (favorite) cookie, in which you graciously accept. "Did you have a good time?" You nodded happily, taking a large bite out of your snack, just in time for steven to barge into the house, hunching over as he gasped for breath. Ameythyst, who was reclined on the couch snacking on chips, sat up, regarding steven with amused concern. "Hey dude, How did lil' verse over there like it out on the town?"

Steven grunted, opening his mouth to reply, but you happily spoke up before he could utter a word.

"Steven took me to little homeschool! Peridot taught me about Camp Pining Hearts, Bismuth made me a sword and Lapis showed me how to sculpt!" You bounded around again, giggling blissfully. "Lapis and little homeworld gems like me!"

The crystal gems giggled at your enthusiasm. "Very good, (name)!" Pearl praised, as amethyst laughs, walking to you and gave you a hi-five. "Great job, lil dude! Takes a lot to get lapis to open up!" You giggled, dancing around amethyst a bit more. Pearl hums in amusement, then looks up at steven, who didn't seem very enthusiastic. "Did you both have a good time?"

Steven huffed, crossing his arms. "It... could have gone better."

Pearl lifted her brow. "Why, what hap-?"

"Come on, Lil universe, we need to have a talk."

It was probably unintentional, but the ominous tone in his voice dampened your cheerfulness, and you stopped your dancing to watch as he did a sort of power walk over to the stairs, walking up them with a bit of a stomp. He seemed irritated with something.
