"I'm full of problems, lovesick."⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅

The sky was pretty clear that night without a single cloud in view, just the moon glimmering brightly and the stars accompanying its presence in the midnight blue. The weather recently has been pretty good, with sunny skies in the day and breezy nights.
But it felt as if the weather has been mocking him in a way. Ever since Yeonjun had become distant from him, the state of Soobin's mind and current emotions were running all over the place.
It bothered him how he cared so much; why did he anyway? Friends come and go, so why is he making such a fuss over this one time?
Because he liked Yeonjun more than a friend.
All Soobin could do was let out a sigh. He came out to get some fresh air and to settle his thoughts, not to dwell deeper into them.
Soobin kicked a pebble in front of him, deciding just to turn around and head back home until he felt his phone buzz with a notification.
Curious, he held it up as he read the text sent to him. It was from Yeonjun. Soobin read those single sentences sent to him over and over again before quickly dashing towards campus.
➸
Why would Yeonjun want me to come here? Soobin asked himself, finally arriving at the fifth floor as he scouted for Room 508. He then found the classroom sitting at the very end of the dimly lit corridor.
There weren't any lights turned on, just his intuition and the faint lights from the windows outside guiding him as Soobin walked towards the room.
Turning the doorknob gingerly, he stepped foot into the dark room. A hand clapped to his mouth as he wished he hadn't come in the first place. The door behind him magically sealed shut, not allowing him to run away as he couldn't draw his eyes away from the scene in front of him.
Jae Yi was tied onto a chair in the middle of the room, his face bloodied, and bruises blossoming all over his face to the side of his neck. Sensing his entrance, Jae Yi looked up. The irises of his eyes glowing gold.
His eyes bored into Soobin's with such hatred and loathing as Jae Yi bared his teeth; a single tooth was missing. Soobin retreated backwards slowly, wanting to scream and run away. But then, another pair of eyes met his gaze. A pair of eyes from the far corner of the room, his body blending perfectly in the darkness except for his ruby-red eyes ablaze.
"Y-yeonjun—" Soobin rasped, his voice shaky as his clammy hands were reaching for the doorknob. It was locked.
Yeonjun said nothing. Simply standing in the shadows as Soobin followed his gaze over to Jae Yi.
And that was when he saw it.
Soobin stood there, transfixed in place as he watched his classmate morphed into a werewolf, before reverting to his human form over and over again in an attempt to break free from the ropes that held locked him in place.
He looked over to Yeonjun, who returned his gaze, looking extremely calm, as if this was what he had planned in mind.
"See, Soobin? This is the difference between us," he finally spoke, walking from the darkness as Yeonjun slowly approached Soobin.
