Chapter 1

My alarm goes off and as I look at the clock I realize it's 8:00 a.m. So, I get up and go downstairs for breakfast. I look in the fridge and see that we have yogurt and fruit so I decide to make a parfait...because everybody likes parfaits!!! When I finish my breakfast I run up the stairs and get dressed. I decide to look semi-decent today so I picked out my #ootd shirt and paired it with my pink skater skirt and a pair of black vans. I then go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, straighten my hair, and put on my makeup and I'm ready to go! I hear a honk outside and I run out to my best friend, Parker's car... (Parker and I have been friends for as long as I can remember! She has always been here for me and I love her to death!!!) Before I get in the car, I can hear the music she's listening too! I open the door and the sound bursts out of the car! She is screaming the lyrics to Kiss Me Kiss Me by 5 Seconds of Summer and doesn't even realize I got in the car until I started singing along. We then drove the whole way to school listening to a playlist Parker made and screamed almost every word of every song! "So...how was your weekend?" Parker asked. Although, I could barely hear her because my ears were still ringing from the loud music. "It was really good! I just kinda hung out in my room and watched YouTube, (I know.. I know...typical teenager moment) but it was still awesome!" Parker and I just walked to our first period strutting down the hallways...I was ADORED at school! I don't mean to be rude, but its true! All of the girls look up to Parker and I for advice and all of the guys want to talk to us. (It's really weird actually...I kind of hate it sometimes...I mean obviously I like the attention but I've already got my eye on someone and it's really complicated) We walk in and take our seats and I am immediately asked about my weekend and if I was going to the party at Jamie's house this weekend. I put on a fake smile and pretend I had an amazing weekend and that I was totally going to Jamie's party but in my head I was like "WHO THE HECK IS JAMIE?!?! IT'S TOO EARLY FOR ALL OF THIS!!! CALM THE HECK DOWN!!!!" The teacher walked in and asked all of us to pass up our reports and I passed up my report and sat quietly throughout the rest of the class wishing I could be in bed...This is going to be a looooooooooong day!
