This one is a day in the life of Claudia (post-board exams).

I was stretching my neck as I edit a pubmat on my laptop. Absent kasi iyong editor namin dahil may flu.

My eyes went to the cabinet across me where multiple certificates and photos are laid out. From being a small team in college, we've become a full-pledged organization to advocate for financial literacy.

My phone beeped. It was a notification from our Viber group.

"Hello, president! Have you heard the news?" the message from my secretary said.

I clicked on the article.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) congratulates the DepEd Philippines  for crafting the Financial Education Policy. This policy guides the intensified integration of financial education in the K to 12 Basic Education Curriculum in various disciplines across grade levels. The policy can be accessed here...

I gasped. This is a win!

Oh my god! We're celebrating today!

"Good morning po, Miss." bati ng guard nang makapasok ako sa building.

We have an actual office in the skyline of Makati. Maliit lang ngunit sapat para sa amin. Bumili kami ng dalawang unit and we had it renovated.

It's a busy week.

Matapos kong pumasa ng CPALE, the organization took my time. FRESIA, also known as Financial Responsibility & Entrepreneurship Students Inclusitivity Association, kept me busy even when I was reviewing. It really became a movement and so far - we're continuously achieving goals. I am the director, hence - the head of the organization. Ang daming nangyari sa mahabang panahon. Of course, it's aim to is to spread financial literacy among Filipinos, especially to students.

Kaya yung balita - it's a dream come true for us.

The organization launches different webinars and seminars for free that will reward certificates for the student's participation. Dahil na rin sa review center, I was exposed to different study skills and methods kaya naman ina-apply ko rin sa org. We do it online and face-to-face.

Since we're making it millenial and Gen-Z-friendly, we also pioneered Tiktok challenges led by my friend Tiktoker and CPA, Nailea. May kwenta din yung pag-tiktok nya nung college hahaha. Kada month, may topic at pa-bonggahan kung paano nila gagawin iyon creatively. The winners will win online shopping vouchers and Gcash prizes.

It's amazing to see an engaging community - kase makikita mo kung gaano kalawak ang sakop kapag pera ang pinag-uusapan. After all, managing money is the root of problems.

"What are you gonna speak about later?" I asked our trainee, Georgie. She'll be doing a talk later in a state university.

She stopped walking, she reminded me of Margot with her preference of high heels. However, she's more giggly.
