After 15 minutes, we pulled in front of the cafe, where all our friends decided to meet. Gigi holds my hand as we make our way to the cafe. As we enter the cafe, we immediately spot our friends. "Hello, guys," Gigi and I say in unison. Our friends immediately snapped their heads in our direction. I take the seat next to Cloe, and Gigi sits next to Jessica.
Jessica is gorgeous. She is an engineer. Her black hair and brown eyes are simply beautiful. In short, she is a goddess. Jessica and I are really close friends. In friends after Gigi, I always count on Jessica. She is dating Nick. They both started dating four years ago. They are the perfect couple; they really do love each other. Nick is also a very close friend of mine.
Nick asks, "Where is Niall?" "He still must be in the office." I speak, "You know being a C.E.O. is such a difficult job." I see someone pull the chair beside me as I look up to see who it is, and my eyes meet with the icy blue ones.
Niall and I have been friends since high school. I used to have a massive crush on Niall because, why not? He is smart, handsome, kind, cute, rich, and everything a girl wants. But now our relationship is like that of brothers and sisters. He really cares about me. I and Gigi both work for Niall.
"Good morning, Mr. Horan," I tease him. He shakes his head and smiles. "God, Hannah, don't start now." "As you say, Mr. Horan," I wink at him and everyone starts laughing. Niall doesn't like it when we mention him as Mr. Horan. Our laughter is interrupted when our waiter comes for our orders. We all order our food and start talking again.
Cloe slightly leans to my side and whispers in my ear, "Are you fine, love?" I smile at him and say, "Yes, I am fine." He smiles back, slowly leans in, and gives me a small kiss on my cheek. I bite my lips to fight with the smile. Cloe is the sweetest person I have ever met. He is caring and loving; sometimes I feel like I really don't deserve him at all. He likes me, and everyone knows that. I might say to everyone that I have moved on, but from inside, I know that I haven't, and I think I will never.
After what he did to me, I don't know if I will ever trust or love anyone. I am scared to let my heart broken, but sometimes I really want to give Cloe a chance. He has never dated anyone since the day he said he likes me. I think I will give Cloe a chance, but just not now.
As our food arrives, we all start eating silently, only making small talk. Niall suddenly exclaims and says, "Oh shit, I forgot to tell you," pointing towards me and Gigi. "You both have to come to this party tomorrow; it's a business party, and I want you both to meet with my friends and business partners." I groan loudly, "Geez, you should have told me earlier." "Yeah, but I just told you. You still have a full and half day." I suddenly remember that Gigi forgot to tell them that she finally broke up with Ryan. "Oh, I have good news for you all," I say, smiling, while everyone gives me a questioning look.
"GIGI FINALLY BROKE UP WITH RAYN!" I exclaim loudly, and everyone looks at me dumbfounded, as if I were lying to them. They all looked at Gigi to confirm if I was telling the truth. Gigi smiles brightly and nods, and everyone starts cheering. Jessica hugs Gigi and says, "Let's go to the club this weekend and celebrate!" Everyone says yes, and then we all say our goodbyes.
Gigi and I headed back to my car. Gigi sits in the driver's seat, and I sit in the passenger's seat. As I turn on the radio, Wildflower by 5sos starts playing. Gigi asks, "Where to go now?" I think for a while and say, "Let's head to my house; Haylie will be there." While checking the time, it reads 10:20 a.m.
"Gigi," I call her. She looks at me for a second, then looks in front. "Well, I was thinking of giving you, Cloe, a chance." I bite my lips, knowing she is not at all expecting me to say this. All my friends and even my family want me to give Cloe a chance, and now I think I will give him one. "Oh. My. God," Gigi says, "I am really proud of you that you are taking a step further." I smile lightly and say, "Ya, I am going to talk to him about this really soon."
