ENOUGH REASONS WHY (I DON'T LIKE IRIS WEST)

No character development. At all.

Iris is the only character that's stuck in the past. She didn't grow up.

She was pathetic.
She is pathetic.

She isn't consistent either.

When every other character had their growth moment,

Caitlin learns how to accept frost. Frost went from super villain to superhero! That called development!

Cisco overcomes his fear and accepts his powers, then decides to lose them so he would be better. That's called tough call. He choose not to have powers, he knew his brain is his greatest asset.

Ciceil is a queen!

Then there is Iris,

Wrote a blog about flash without his permission, i.e invaded personal space. That's not legal. But she is Iris so ok.

Lands a job without proving her worth. She literally dis nothing to have that job. Writing about a superhero? Like a paparazzi?
But she is iris so ok.

Then complains about not being given other important topic? Sis, you were hired to be paparazzi for the flash! Why the whining? But she is iris so ok.

Later leaves the job for attention.
Who the fuck wanted her to be the lead? Barry told CISCO to be the lead. Respect him. It's the flash, not the iris. But she is iris so ok.

Basically she is an incompetent journalist, unemployed, wanna be leader with no idea what the team works on.
That's IRIS West's character development.

BUT SHE IS IRIS SO OK.
I don't want to think westallens are kids with no idea whats the difference between science and journalism is but if the shoe fits.....
