I was offended when iris became the leader, for real. Here people work hard, qualify insane level of entrances, would read a library of books, work for five-even years with insane complicated machines, insane level of concepts to get to the level where Caitlin, Cisco and Barry stands.

You are saying a journalist who has no business in science can be a team leader? And do what? Pep talk? Honey, that's not how a research team works. A lead is supposed to be the superior brain among the team. They are their to solve the problems others face while research.
Incase you question they are not research team, let me tell you. They are a research team only. Every time a new meta appears, who did you think solves the issue? The science behind all the technology they use. Fight is fir the drama, the core will always be science.
