Iris isn't worthy.
When you give someone a peptalk, you need to know they will only listen when you are worthy enough to say those things.
Joe's talk is worth because he is a DAD. Has enough experience to back his statements.
Caitlin has been through a lot of shit, so her talk actually makes sense.
Cisco only talks about friendship and science and hell he earned it!
Ralph actually grew up in the season enough to give advice. We all saw him develop. He earned it!
Ceceile is a queen!
Hell even all the wells earned their worth to give those talks.
Eobard Thawne is the one I could listen, he holds that power and earned it. Genius, conning to the point of controlling the consequences.
But IRIS did nothing to prove why anyone should listen to her pep talks.
Oh wait she is Mrs. Flash!
