I hadn't known what to think about Scott's words, and attitude, after Derek had dropped me off back at my house to shower and change before grabbing my bag that matched my outfit along with my keys knowing Derek had left so my dad wouldn't see him dropping me off. It also reminded me of the fact that I couldn't trust Stiles to keep a secret from Scott.

Which brought on a whole other level of issues and pain. My thoughts were interrupted as I caught sight of just who was now sitting upon my bed.

"You scared the crap out of me," I hissed after the scare he had given me once I took note of him just sitting there. "How long have you been there?"

"This whole time," answered Peter with a smirk as his eyes trailed over me making me roll my eyes. "Which you would have known if you hadn't been so deep in your thoughts to catch my scent and hear my heartbeat."

"Sorry," I offered with a sheepish smile that he waved away. "I had talked to Derek about this, but I would like an actual answer. Did you kill Laura or did the Alpha Spark just come to you after the Hunters killed her?"

"I did kill her," answered Peter only to hold up a hand when I went to speak making me snap my mouth closed. "But that was to put her out of her misery after the Hunters had left her to slowly bleed out after they had cut her in half.

The Alpha Spark had also been mine at that point as well allowing me a bit more sanity to realize just who was dying in agony before my paws."

"They will pay," I promised as I moved forward now able to all but smell the agony and sorrow rolling off of him. "They will not get away with what they did to your Pack."

"She is right," agreed Derek causing me to jerk and spin around toward my window where Derek was with his arms crossed over his chest as he looked toward Peter.

"I am sorry that I had never once went to see you or even have you moved somewhere safer. But at that point I was blaming myself for the Argent's killing our Pack because of my stupidity of falling for Kate's lies. And then I had only thought I had Laura left who was now my Alpha."

"We knew you were seeing someone," cut in Peter making Derek's eyes widen. "But we had wanted to wait until you were ready to bring her to us to meet. She didn't just have you fooled Derek and for that the blame does not reside with you."

"How can you say that?" demanded Derek and knowing this was between the two of them did I decide to begin making my way to my bedroom door only for Peter to reach out as Derek did so both had a hold of my hands.

"Stay."

Giving a nod before settling down on my bed while patting the other spot beside me did we sit there, with me between them, as they sat a bit sideways to face one another as I focused on my phone briefly to have Chris and Jules make up an excuse for me not being in class. I also knew if necessary, Lydia would hack into the school computers to make it look like I had been there all day without anyone the wiser.

"We were trapped downstairs after realizing the tunnels had been collapsed when Kate had confessed what she had done," answered Peter making me tighten my hand in Derek's as he once more took it. "So, we all knew what had happened and let me be clear when I say not one of the Pack blamed you Derek.

We blamed ourselves."

"It was my fault though," denied Derek voice choked and full of emotion as his shoulders shuddered with suppressed sobs. "If I had known just who she was really and hadn't fallen for her lies."

"She was older than you Derek," I cut in before I could stop myself as I laid my head upon his shoulder to comfort. "What she did was more than wrong and would have seen her in jail for that alone as she manipulated you."

"We will get our revenge," said Peter eyes flashing and glowing crimson as his teeth sharped and a growl rumbled through his chest. "For our fallen Pack and the death of Laura that they used as bait to lure you here."

"Especially since I am sure they believe that Peter is still unresponsive and trapped in a coma," I said in agreement. "But either way they will pay. I especially do not want for my brother to begin and fall for Allison Argent's lies since I know for a fact, she is likely next leader of the Argent family, if anything happened to her mother."

"Mars?" called out Stiles making me look toward both men with wide eyes before flashing to my feet and rushing toward the door.

"Can I help you Stiles?" I asked as I cracked open my door to stare him down with a glare that had him flinching.

"Look I am sorry, but Scott needed to know," said Stiles in a rush as he waved his hands about while talking. "He is in just as much danger if not more since they have likely not realized you are also a werewolf."

"Considering how far wrapped around Allison's leg Scott is I don't believe that will last long," I retorted with a scoff. "I asked for you to be there for me Stiles.

And you couldn't even do that just once."

"I'm sorry," whispered Stiles his shoulders slumping as he looked at me with puppy dog eyes and yet I felt nothing.

"Please Marzena."

"No," I said with a bitter laugh and shake of my head. "I am tired of being the one to forgive and let things go when you only repeat the same mistake over again.

Go to school Stiles and go back to Scott."
