After our little heart to heart we walked back into the hotel room. James had one of the comforters and the pillow and he was laying already passed out on the floor. I crawled into the bed, not wanting to know if the sheets had even been washed once in this lifetime and Lucas crawled in after me. It was a full sized bed, so we were close but he left enough space between us so that it was respectable. i turned over onto my side to face him. "I love you Luke," I whispered. "Not the way I want you to though,' he whispered back. I flipped onto my back and looked up at the ceiling. Tomight was going to be a long night.
The next morning we were on the road again and boy was it awkward as hell. I was once again in the back seat, the leather sticking to my skin, Lucas and James were in the front seat, tension thick. I shook my head all this testosterone. From what I was told from James, we were about 3 hours away from where we needed to be. His rogue friends were up in the mountains by a place called Cades Cove. We had to park in the town closest to the enterance into the Cove and then we had to shift and hike through the actual woods to get to where we needed to be.
Lucas was a little amped and apprehensive at the same time if that was even possible. I knew he needed to shift to get the anger out but also apprehensive because, even I was wondering, what if this was all a trap?
I refused to think that way and I just turned my attention to the highway and all the other cars that were on it. How normal their lives must be. They didnt need to worry about saving the world, and yet that burden was on my shoulders. I started thinking about everyone back home, and I couldnt help but want to know if they were okay, if they were still alive, what had happened in general. Did Julianne kill my mother? If she had then she would no longer have the acid touch but then again I would no longer be needed. It was a bad situation. I went to say something to Lucas when my head hit the window and I passed out. I really needed some warning to these dreams.

"Ive gotten very tired of chasing you for the last 17 years Sophie," Julianne said as she stood in front of Sophie. Ezra, Ryder, Cam, Charlee and Jax were on her sides and her six. "i wasnt running," Sophie replied. "I noticed, you just had my children work against me, i must say they have learned alot in the centuries that i have been apart from them," Julianne admitted. There were low growls and the Lunas that Julianne brought with her were being stared down from the Solars that were slowly showing up. "You're outnumbered, mother," Jax said as he conjured up a high voltage energy ball. "I dont need numbers, dear boy, I just need one simple flaw in the plan you all have and then I can take my strike." Julianne replied. "We dont have a plan," Charlee said smugly.
"Ahh, of course, you never did, but isnt that a plan in some way or another, you are all creative I must admit, making it so I cant read your mind and counter your attacks, but I have learned much in the years that I have been waiting for this. I dont need to attack you, to get you to cave, i just need to attack those closest to you," she then snapped her hands and 3 Lunas dragged 3 people in chains with burlap bags on their heads up to stand beside Julianne.
Sophie tensed up. "What are you playing at?" she asked. "The same rules still apply, just come to me willingly or one of you," she motioned to Cam, Ryder, Ezra, Charlee and Jax, "can turn her over to me," she ripped the burlap sack off the first person and his intake of breath could be heard.
