    "I want out of the car!" i yelled. I yanked on the door just as Octavia pressed the auto locks, locking me in. "Let us out!" Lucas snapped. He was starting to get angry. I could feel his energy pulsating. "he's going to shift right here in the car if you dont let us out," i warned. Connor laughed. "Trust me he isnt going to shift, your aunt thought that far ahead, my power lasts a little longer than Tavia's Glamour." he said.

    Lucas looked at me then with fear in his eyes. "I cant shift, Eden," he said fearfully. "What did you do to him!" I cried. "I blocked his power, and in this instance that was his ability to shift." Connor explained.

    "Why would you do that!" Lucas cried. He was beginning to get scared. "Because," Octavia said, "We dont need you to do something stupid," "Stupid?" Lucas exclaimed. "This is all stupid, you're taking us to the very same person that wants to kill us! How is that not stupid! And to think Aunt Scarlett trusted you guys with our lives!"

    Connor turned in his seat. "Exactly, she trusted us with your lives, she knew what would happen, and we are doing exactly as she asked. As soon as Julianne knows that you can find the cure and that you will take her to it she will leave your mother alone, there arent that many Pure Bloods left believe it or not and they serve a higher purpose than killing malcious witches."

    I bit my lip. How in the hell could I trust someone after all that happened in the past few days. This was to much to grasp and absorb. "Julianne thinks of nothing but herself,' Connor told us. "She wont want anything but the cure once you tell her you can find it.'

     "But Im not even sure I can!" I told them. Why couldnt they understand this! 'You can, we'll help you and there are more people that can help you too," Octavia said. "More people? What I saw in the projection was just 7 people," I told her. "Yes, 7 of us were intrusted to keep you safe, 4 of us were the only ones of the 7 that actually kept to the plan, the other people are the people that have been trained with you..." Octavia trailed off.

    "Amber and the rest of my little makeshift pack?" I asked. Octavia smiled. "Exactly, strength in numbers baby, Julianne is meeting us at the cabin and your friends will be there as well. They all play an important part in this expedition," Connor told us.

    "Trust us now?" Octavia questioned. 'No not really," noth Lucas and I said in unison.
This was going to be fun.
