"Daddy?" D'lani said peeking her head in his and Ayla's room.
"Yea." Karter answered
"Can I go to the store?" D'lani asked
"Come right back in the house, lani. I'm serious." Karter said making her smile
D'lani walked out the house while grabbing her hoodie
"You fucking hoe!" D'lani heard someone yell at another person making her shake her head
"Lil Zee, what's up?" One of Zee friends greeted her making her wave
"Lani!" D'lani heard from across the street and she saw Zee making her face light up
Zee was D'lani's "boyfriend" , but a really bad influence on her. Which is why she started getting in trouble since she was 14.
He was 18 and they met when she was 13 and he was 14. They were friends at first, but she started to take a liking to him and so did he.
Which led them to some sort of relationship between the two.
A bad one.
" You been m.i.a since you been home. Got me thinking Youn fuck with a nigga no more." He said smirking wrapping his arm around her waist to pull her close to him
" You know I'm in trouble right." D'lani said sighing
" Yea and? It's the same shit every two months. They put yo lil ass on time out and you just find yo way back out with the big dawgs." Zee said licking his lips making her smile
"We going to this party tomorrow. You coming? You gotta come." Zee said
"Zee. I'm in trouble already. My daddy is onna verge of whooping my ass." D'lani responded
"I wish you could've saw how heated he was." D'lani added
"You know he ain't gon do nun, he say it all the time but don't do shit. You 17 have fun, live shit up." Zee said kissing her cheek then her lips
"Yea I've been having fun with you since I was 14 and look where that got me." D'lani said with a smile
" It got you closer to me." He said smirking and she rolled her eyes
"I gotta go in the store." D'lani said pulling away from him
As she walked in the store Ricky walked in behind her, making her frown as he walked passed her
"You can't speak." D'lani said to him and he shook his head
" Wassup." He said
"How much you saw?" D'lani asked him knowing he saw her and Zee's interaction outside
"Enough to not give a damn." Ricky said paying for his stuff about to leave out
" You obviously do must give a damn, cause I didn't ask you if you cared or not" D'lani said ready to follow him out
"You funny." Ricky said with a smirk
"I'm hilarious actually, but I knew that." D'lani said
"Where you heading to?" D'lani asked
" Somewhere you shouldn't worry about, go Inna house." Ricky said and D'lani rolled her eyes
"You rude." D'lani said
"I am the nicest person you could ever meet." Ricky said and D'lani frowned
" That's hard to believe." She said and he shook his head
"How old are you?" D'lani asked
" You nosy." Ricky laughed
"Boy , no I'm not." D'lani said and he laughed
" You stay laughing." D'lani said
" Cause shit be funny." Ricky responded
"You cute." D'lani said tilting her head while staring in his eyes
" I'm not getting jump by your brothers, your father, and Lord knows who ever the fuck else Gon pop out. Hell nah." Ricky said shaking his head
"You scared asumn?" D'lani said raising her eyebrow
"Never." Ricky replied
"Just heard that you trouble." Ricky said shrugging his shoulders
"I'm not." D'lani rolled her eyes and Ricky knew that was a damn lie.
" You fuck with zee. You trouble for real." Ricky said lighty shaking his head letting out a chuckle
"Tell your brother, I'll fuck with em tomorrow." Ricky said crossing the street

" I ain't even mean to stay out that long." D'lani sighed
" You went to go see him didn't you." D'mir said looking at D'lani and she just stared at the floor
"You make stupid decisions , you Gon learn sooner or later. If it ain't to late." D'mir said walking upstairs to his room leaving her alone in her thoughts.
