A week passed after what happened, D'lani brothers went back everyday to beat Zee up. She knew and she didn't stop them.
But She didn't know that they had Ricky join once too.
She also didn't know they told her father yesterday which resulted to him going to visit Zee this morning.
"Get that shit off my damn counter Karter." D'lani heard her mother say as she walked down stairs
She saw her brother's and father standing in the kitchen
She then saw a gun on the counter
"Are yall okay?" D'lani asked and they nodded their heads
"Daddy what's wrong?" D'lani asked her father seeing a frown on his face
" I kinda missed you, you've been sleeping all week." Karter said covering up the fact he was sad and angry, that D'lani let someone put their hands on her.
But part of him was happy that he came from beating Zee up and also shooting at him while he ran away.
He didnt miss either. But he also didnt aim to kill him. Sadly.
"I'm hungry." D'lani said rubbing her eye
"Here you go" Ayla handed her a plate of breakfast food
"Ma you dont make our plates." D'mir said
"Its only because Lani ugly, she does it out of pity of her being ugly." D'sir said eating his food and Ayla squinted her eyes at him
"She looks like me. So you calling me ugly? Who calls their mother ugly, are you serious? You gon say you dont love me next?" Ayla asked and D'sir blinked at her
"Ma I never said you were ugly" D'sir said and Ayla frowned
"He called me ugly." Ayla said to Karter
"Your not ugly" Karter said to Ayla
"He just a hater, cause you don't look old and wrinkly" Karter said and Ayla frowned
"You think I'm old and wrinkly?" Ayla said with her eyebrow raised
"I never said th-" Karter paused as they all stared at D'lani who rushed to the bathroom
She started throwing up
"Yo food made her sick ma.. you cant cook no more" D'mir said and Ayla mugged him
"My head hurts " D'lani groaned lifting herself off the floor
"I'm so sleepy" D'lani said as she walked into her mother's arm's
"What do you wanna eat right now?" Ayla asked rubbing D'lanis hair
"I'm tired. Im not hungry" D'lani said closing her eyes

D'lani, her brother's and her parents were sitting in the hospital waiting for her pregnancy test results
"Calm down" D'mir said rubbing D'lanis back
"I'm scared, What if Ricky doesn't want it" D'lani said to D'mir
It didnt shock him that they messed around, it shocked him that he cheated on his girlfriend with his sister.
"Ricky's gonna want the baby, he love you too much." D'mir said
"What if momma and nem mad at me..." D'lani asked
"They cant be, same shit happened to them. If they do get mad imma get mad, cause its fucking hypocritical." D'mir said he looked up and seen D'arius walking towards them
"Do you know how fucking stupid you are?" D'arius whispered yelled at D'lani making her eyes get teary
"Dont fucking yell at her." D'mir said to D'arius
"She's fucking seventeen!" D'arius said
"D'arius, dead ass. Dont even do no weird shit like that." D'mir said
"D'arius chill, you cant do that" D'sir said to D'arius, he huffed and walked away
"Don't cry, you want me to call ricky?" D'mir asked her
"No!" D'lani said and D'mir furrowed his eyebrows
"You gon tell him?" D'mir asked
"I am, just Not right now please," D'lani said and D'mir nodded his head
"D'lani Jackson." One of the nurses called to the front desk
Before D'lani got up to grab the envelope, Karter got up and grabbed it and was about to open it
"Let her open it" Ayla said grabbing the envelope from Karter
"No, I dont want too. I'm scared." D'lani said, so Ayla opened it
"Positive.."
D'lanis heart dropped and her chest tightened
"You good?" D'mir asked snapping his finger in her face and she just stared at him as she started breathing heavily
"Is she alright?" The same nurse at the front desk asked
"Obviously she's not fucking okay, do something. You just fucking standing there" Karter yelled at the nurse
"Bring her this way please." The nurse said and Karter sucked his teeth at how slow she was being.
"Can you hurry the fuck up" Karter said to the nurse as she sat D'lani on the hospital bed, the nurse her eyes widen at his rude remark
"Security!" The nurse yelled
" Security?! You stupid bitch, this my fucking child.." Karter ranted as Ayla pushed him away from the hospital room D'lani was in
"Stop." Ayla said to Karter sternly like she was talking to one of her children
"Why are you so fucking calm?" Karter asked
"HOW are you so fucking calm?"
"She was just hyperventilating." Ayla told him and he stared at her
"That big ass word. You think I know what it mean." Karter said and Ayla sighed
"She's fine okay, calm down." Ayla said kissing his cheek
