Two month time skip

Me and Scaramouche were finishing up our designs. Making last minute edits, creating and mapping out outfits.
We met with the models and had them test out a few of the designs.

They looked perfect, and I would've liked for it to be sold in sets.
I was seated in the lounge of our building, Scaramouche was pacing back and forth analyzing and collecting new information and ideas.

"Scaramouche."
Scaramouche looked up at me with an annoyed look.
"Yes, TrAvEler??"
He responded.

"Who are you dating?"
I asked calmly, flipping through a few pages of designs.

"I don't date, I don't have time for that unlike you and your redhead boyfriend."
Scaramouche sneers, I rolled my eyes at his remark.

"We aren't dating. I made that apparent to him."
Scaramouche raised his eyebrow.
"So that whole spiel when we first met was a lie?"

I nodded my head, "We are competitors, plus, I do not mix well with commitments."
Scaramouche whistled in response.

"Do you know Kazuha?"
I asked looking up at the dark blue-haired male.
The short man froze, turning towards me.
"Why? Do you know a Kazuha?"
He snapped back.

I glanced at the papers in front of me then back at him.
"Well, it's a rumor you both are acquaintances. I could be wrong."

Scaramouche rolled his eyes before getting back to work.
"Why am I working with you? Aren't you in media?"
I asked, a bit curious.

"Some dimwits cannot do simple jobs so the president of the company sends me here."
He replied, facing me.

"And the weird hat?"
I asked, pointing towards his odd looking hat.

"It's something you wouldn't understand, but, if you must question. It's a symbol."
I raised a brow, leaning in closer to him.

"Symbol?"
I asked curiously.
"How do you know Kazuha?"
Scaramouche hissed.

"We're friends."
I stated firmly, crossing my arms.
"Friends my ass, he doesn't have friends."
I laughed at Scaramouche's dumb analysis.

"That's where you are wrong, in fact, I am his daughter."
Scaramouche looked at me with the most disgusted expression.
"You lie horribly."
He commented.

"I can call him right now and you'll see."
I challenged Scaramouche's judgment. I will take any challenge thrown at me and prevail.

"Okay, do it."
He says, sitting down on a chair across from me.
I quickly call Kazuha and put him on speaker.

The phone dialed before Kazuha picked up.

"Hey dad."
I say nonchalantly.

"Oh hey, need anything?"
He asks, I can tell he's a bit busy but still answered. I do feel a bit guilty.

"Who's Scaramouche?"
I ask, leaning the phone towards Scaramouche.
We both anxiously awaited his answer.

"Someone I grew up with, we haven't seen each other in a long time."
He answered calmly.
"Ah ok, thanks."
I replied.
