Can't Dance (12)

*Parker's POV*

I got out of the hospital like 2 weeks ago and today is my first day back at the studio. "Are you sure you're ready?" My mom asked from the car.

. "Yes mom I'm fine it's been weeks since I left the hospital, and I get to come to class today because you wouldn't let me stretch in the hospital."  I persisted.

 "Parker I literally couldn't let you do that because the doctor said I couldn't." She said with a chuckle. "I know I know but still! I'm staying at the studio!" I said chuckling with her. "Okay but the second something goes wrong you need to call me or Fallon got it?" She asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Yeah yeah I got it mom don't worry I know the drill." I said as we did our handshake then said our goodbyes and I walked into the studio. "Hey Laura I'm here." I said walking into studio C. Immediately Derrin, April, Kayla, Kaycee, and Laura all came to hug me.

"Jesus guys I can't breathe." I said laughing as the hug dispersed. "You're not allowed to die!!" Kaycee said lightly punching me in the arm. "I wasn't planning on it Kay." I said with a light chuckle.

"Parker I have some not so great news.." Laura said with a sorrowful look on her face. "What?" I asked turning towards her. "You can't dance today." She said. "What why?" I asked starting to get really confused. "I just want you to take an easy day stretch and just chill." She said in a weird tone.

"That's what I did for 2 whole weeks!! I've been taking it easy specifically so I could dance today." I said getting really frustrated. "Parker I get it I do I really do, but I can't risk it. I don't want you to get hurt, next week I need you to choreograph a dance for the group." She said trying to reason with me.

"Are you trying to tell me I can't dance for a WHOLE WEEK?!" I asked completely baffled as she nodded. "No. That's not fair." I said walking into the hall as Laura followed me.

 "I've waited, I've been taking it easy so I could dance when I was ready okay?! I'm ready!!" I insisted. "I don't see it that way Parker." She said talking with her hands.

 "I'm done, I'm leaving call me back when you're ready for me to dance, until then have a good day." I said walking away from her. 

"Parker I never said you had to leave." She said running after me. "I know but you know as well as I do that I'm not going to stay this week if you won't let me dance at all. There's no point. That is absolutely ridiculous I'll see you next week Laura." I said walking out and calling my mom.

"Hey Parker what's going on I just dropped you off like 10 minutes ago." She said sounding worried. "I can't dance until next week." I said rolling my eyes. "Why?" She asked. "Because Laura doesn't think I've healed enough, she won't even let me try." I complained with a sigh. 

"How about this I'm at the gas station putting gas in dragon. I'll come pick you up, we go home we watch a movie marathon of all your favorite movies, and eat all the snacks we want?" She asked as I could hear the shuffling of her getting back in the car.

"That sounds amazing thank you mom." I said with a smile. "No problem love go sit in the lobby I'll see you in 5." She said as we both hung up and I sat back in the lobby waiting for her.

*Time skip*

*Billie's POV*

"Hey Parker now that we're in an amazing mood I need to talk to you about something a bit more heavy." I said as we both sat on the couch. "Okay. What's up?" She asked covering her self up with a blanket that was on the couch.

"So Fallon and I were thinking we could go on tour again and take you with us.. maybe if you're ready come out and say that we adopted you..?" I said really unsure and nervous for her answer.

"Um.. woah that's a lot.." She said taken aback a bit. "Yeah it is but I feel like the real fans would support us and our family." I said with a slight smile as I held her hand.
