*Parker's POV*

"Okay so Imma be honest I've never done a sleepover before you're going to have to show me how shit like this works." I said to Skylar as she sat her stuff on the couch of the hotel room.

"Really? They never let you have sleepovers at the adoption agencies?" Skylar asked curiously. "No not while we were in the group homes, and while I was in the foster homes I wasn't "trustable enough" to leave the house after dark as some of them would say. It's pretty crazy." I said chuckling dryly just thinking about it.

"So most of the time we'll make food first, and then watch a movie. That's usually how they go." Skylar says. "Well how about after the food we go outside and look at the stars?" I suggested before continuing.

"I don't know if you're into stuff like that but, um I just think the sky looks really pretty tonight.." I said nervously hoping I didn't come on too strong about that.

"That sounds perfect." Skylar says as the smile on her face gets bigger. "So I hope you don't mind I'm vegan and gluten free. We have some other food in here that's not if you'd prefer that but I actually made-" I started before she cut me off.

"Did you make it?" She asked. "Yes I did." I said proudly. "Then I'm sure it'll taste amazing." She said emphasizing the amazing part.

"Okay." I said as I felt blush arise on my cheeks. "I made vegan, gluten free parmesan wings earlier, and I was planning on making dark chocolate brownies." I explained.

"Can I help?" She asked. "Of course!" I said excitedly.

*Skylar's POV*

We're now half way into making these brownies. Parker is so adorable, she looks so focused on measuring the flour for the recipe I 'accidentally' bumped into her making a huge cloud of flower go all over her face.

Little did I know that this was going to start a food fight! She started throwing flour at me left and right. Forget food fight this was a fucking war! It was so much fun though. We laughed, screamed, then called a truce.

"Girls look at this mess!" Fallon said as she walked in with Billie's hand in hers. "Sorry Mrs. O but you should've seen Parker's face when I started throwing flour back! It was like I just burned her house down." I said with a laugh.

"P why didn't you tell us me and your momma could've helped!" Billie said with a smile as she carefully dusted some of the flour off of her beautiful daughters face.

"Billie baby I love you and all, but you're out of your mind if you think I'm going to miss out on the opportunity to throw flour in that green hair of yours." Fallon said with a huge grin on her face.

Billie laughed challengingly before scoffing and responding," You have no idea what you're in for honey.  Girls go on and eat some of those wings, we'll finish up here and meet you outside." Billie said with a smirk on her face and a challenging glint in her eyes as she picked up a hand full of flour.

Parker and I laughed before taking the bowl of heated up wings and climbing up to the roof of the hotel. "The stars are so precious. They just sit there and stare at us all day." Parker said pointing up at the sky as I nodded and took her peaceful scent.

"Do you think they ever get bored? They just sit there and look at the boring human population, those big balls of gas that are sure one day going to explode seem a lot more interesting then what I do on a daily basis that's for sure." She said.

I thought about her question for a bit before saying, " I'm sure they do, I mean it's not like they can go anywhere. What if they have that one certain human on Earth that they're so attached too that they watch them live their lives day to day." I pondered.

We went on like this for a while responding to each other's open thoughts and starting conversation. Parker then started talking about where we were going to sleep tonight.

"I'll take the couch and you can have the bed." She said with a gentle nod sounding very sure of herself as she stood up and dusted herself off.

I did the same before saying, "No way Parker that's your hotel room. I'm not going to steal your bed." I said laughing.

"The only compromise I can think of is that we share the bed." She said placing her hands on her hips with all the sass in the world.

"That settles it then we both sleep in the bed." I said as we made our way off of the roof and back to Parker's hotel room.

"I have clothes for you to sleep in, in that bathroom over there. There's also an extra toothbrush under the sink." She explained with a smile.

"Awesome I'll see you in a minute." I said before going into the bathroom.

*Time Skip*

The outfit Parker had put in the bathroom for me was a black hoodie that was slightly too big on me and some maroon sweatpants. They both smelled like Lavender and reminded me of her.

When I came out of the bathroom she was laying on the right side of the bed on her phone texting someone.

*Parker's POV*

While Sky was in the bathroom I changed into some more comfortable clothes before texting my mom.

Hey mom

\Yeah sweetie?

Where we headed to next?

The next stop on tour is Pennsylvania.

How long will we be there?

Two or three days why?

There's this graveyard that I want to go see. It's right around the area of my  first childhood house, and I was wondering if I could stop there while we were in Pennsylvania?

Sure honey I'm sure you would prefer to be alone but we would feel better if there was a guard close by to make sure that nothing bad happens.

Yeah that's fine but I would still like my privacy at the same time.

Don't worry they'll be farther away we just need them to keep an eye on things while you're there. Your mother and I will be in the car and you can take as much time as you need.

Thank you. One more thing?

What's up

I have a feeling I'm going to have a nightmare tonight because of who I'm going to see at the graveyard soon and I don't want to freak out Sky what do I do?

If it happens it's okay if she's really your friend she won't be worried about it. She knows that you have problems with PTSD right?

I brought it up a little bit, but we didn't talk about it much..

like I said if it happens don't worry we'll wake you up, figure things out, and go from there okay?

Okay thanks mom

No problem sweetheart I love you

I love you too

We then said our goodbyes and I put my phone on the charger. Sky had come in a little bit ago. She got in the bed as was on her phone as well. We both started getting tired so we said our goodnights and went to sleep.
