Impossible not to love //Minho

The new greenie

--A month later--

Minho and I still dont know what we are but for now we're just friends, best friends to be precise. I still love him and it hurts me that hes not mine.

The new greenie came yesterday. He is so sweet. He doesn't know his name yet but that's okay.

He is pretty short and I dont think he could be any older then 12. He has short brown curly hair. And I bit chubby cheeks. He already knows that I'm the only girl in here but hes fine with that. He almost sees me as an older sister. He is actualy really cute.

When I had a but free time I went to the woods and sat in a thin branch on the highest tree I could see from my point. I sat there and I heard a melodie in my head (plz dont hate me, I know it's so basic that we sing but it was in the moment and I have no inspiration for this chapter, skip if you'd like)

"Hey y/n" someone says and I shift my seat so quick that the branch snaps of. I can feel myself falling and I hit my head multiple times to other branches. I scream and everything goes black. "Y/N!!" I hear from far away.

Newts POV

I hear someone in the woods and I go check it out. There I see y/n sitting on a tree, I want to go to her but then she starts singing. Wow I think to myself. She has an beautiful voice.

When she stops singing I decide that I'll go say hi. "Hey y/n" I say.

She moves way to quick and the branch where she was on breaks. I can see her fall and then she hits her head more then three times. "Y/N" I scream. I run to her as fast as I could but gravity beats me and she fell to the ground before I was with her.

"Shuck shuck shuck shuck SHUCK" I say panicking. I go to her to see that she is unconscious and I pick her up bridal style. I run to the med-jacks with her in my arms.

I run with her to the glade and I dont know what to do, I see Minho walking to me with the most angry face he had ever made.

"WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU DOING, NEWT"

"MINHO yes, okay, it's not what you think, I found her in the woods ,she fell of a tree" newt speak quick.

Minho doesn't even let me finish, he grabs y/n from me and runs to the med-jacks.

Minho's POV

I feel tears forming in my eyes but I wont let them. I have to be strong for the other gladers. When I get there I see that her leg was impaled by a short thick stick. Then the tears flow. I dont ever try and wipe them away.

"Fix her, NOW" I tell at the med-jacks. They look at me and then at y/n, there faces go white and they immediately go to work. "Go wait outside Minho, we'll be right back with you" Clint says

"No, I, i, I cant so that, I have to be with her" I stutter.

"Now, Minho" Jeff adds calmly but stern.

I nod and I go outside just now realizing was looking at me, it's not like I just ran into the med-jacks but with a impaled girl inside my arms. "THE HELL YOU LOOKING AT?" I yell at everyone and they listen although some of them still look at me.

I go sit in front of the hut and I just think about that I hurt her. I dont know how much time has passed but when Jeff comes out to tell me that I can come in and visit her, I jump up and run to the door Jeff says that she is still unconscious but dont care about that.

I had to see her.

When I come in I see y/n lying in bed. She looks beaten up but she is still beautiful, like always.

As I sit next to her I see that she is sweating so much so I remove the blanket a bit. She gasps and I look up real fast. Her eyes are still closed so I guess she is having a nightmare. I grab her hand and I rub my other dumb over her cheek. Even tho she is sleeping a little tear stream comes out of her eye.

"Come on y/n, plz wake up. We need you... I need you. Come on shebean. Plz i'm begging you, I love you, i cant lose you." I whisper as i start to tear up again. I fight them but its impossible. A little stream of tears go down my cheeks that where still wet from the last cry session.

Y/n's POV

I tried to speak but my throat wouldn't let me. I felt an unbearable pain in my left leg.  I was to weak to open my eyes but my ears worked perfectly. Minho loved me? I think confused. So he didn't like someone else, minho, the guys I had loved since I have been here, he LOVED ME.

The next day I wake up to see that Minho is still holding my hand but hes sleeping in the chair next to me. His eyes still red bc of how much he cried yesterday, I make a soft sound that I though no one would hear but Minho shoots up and looks at me.

He sees that I'm awake and he immediately hugs me and I groan because of my leg.
"Minho... did u even left?" I ask carefully.

"No" he mumbles back shyly.

I sit up and I look at him. I cup his face and I give him a long kiss. He doesn't move at the beginning but then I can feel him smirk against my own lips. Not one of us wants to break apart from this moment. So we dont.
