Tomura had told Kurogiri to open a new gate in ten minutes so when it reopened, Mr. Bakugou frowned at it.

"Well? Let's go" Tomura said plainly. The kid pulled his father in and Tomura followed them. When he stepped back into the bar, the kid and his father were both gone. He looked to Kurogiri.

"Bakugou led his father to his room, to show him, I assume" The mist-man told him. Dabi, who was sitting at the bar, patted the stool next to him. Tomura ignored the gesture and sat in the man's lap, earning a huff.

"We killed his mom"

"We?" Kurogiri asked. "As in the kid or the dad?"

"The kid, he requested that I turn her to dust on the way there. But he did most of the work"

Dabi sighed, "You made a kid kill his own mom? How lazy do you get?"

"He was gonna have me just dust her but as I went to, he decided he wanted to get a little revenge. He beat her into the floor then had me finish it. The dad watched" A whistle sounded and Tomura looked over, Compress and Twice sat in a booth, cards in their hands and on the table between them.

"Kiddo really does fit in. No he doesn't; just die" Twice said, sighing afterwards. "He does! No he doesn't" The man ran a hand through his hair in frustration.

Tomura nodded anyways, "I get what you mean"The split man gave a nod back and put down a card.

"Crusty babe, do 'ya think the dad's gonna be a villain too? From what you said, they've both got potential" Dabi said shifting slightly beneath him

Sighing, Tomura shook his head, "it's hard to tell, but the kid's a complete switch. He was supposed to a violent student but from what I've seen during his time as a student and here, it seemed like an act. His little self is innocent, yet obviously has characteristics of a typical new villain. But we can't rule out the fact that he could've been like that because it was his mother who'd hurt him a whole lot"

"But so has every hero. He probably has some resentment to the heroes for not doing anything for him at the very least. Children are shit at hiding what they want, so he'll probably want in on our plans then. He could just switch between a villain and a neutral pretty easily. He did transition to us pretty well after all" Kurogiri dropped the plate his was washing. Thankfully it didn't shatter, only splashing back into the soapy sink. Tomura stared at his partner.

"Since when we're you a psychologist?" The mist-man gaped. Dabi laughed, then looked to Tomura, who was as much in astonishment as his appointed caretaker. Dabi cackled, leaning so far in amusement that Tomura had to grab him with four fingers to keep him from falling.

He snorted at the scarred man.

"I'll talk to him about it" He simply said, standing from Dabi's lap. "I'll see you later, pretty boy" Tomura left the bar, walking down the hallway leisurely.

Katsuki frowned, his room had the fairy lights up and the best set in a good position in the wall adjacent to the door. There was a small nightstand with a note that simply told him that Toga wanted to get the rest of the stuff with him to make sure he liked it.

"So... I take it that you decided to stay" His father states from his spot in the bed best to him. Katsuki didn't look at him, simply staring at the floor and leaning on the man.

He waited a minute before responding. "I don't have to be a villain here. Or a hero. I can have whatever I want. It's nice," he paused a short moment before he added, "It's safe"

"I'm glad, I guess I'll be staying too then"

"You don't have a choice. I killed Mom. They'll be looking for us extra. Well... They'll be looking for you. I'm supposedly dead"

"About that. Are you alright? You seemed like you weren't all there. You got this look that didn't seem like it wasn't you. Like you weren't your age"

"Uh..." Katsuki froze, his father might leave him if he didn't explain how he regressed properly. "I'm... I..."

"Not sorry for interrupting, but I can probably explain this better" Shigaraki said, walking through his open door. Katsuki nodded gratefully. He hadn't had to explain it to anyone really. In fact, he didn't really understand what it was other than regressing. Dabi had mentioned it was for coping. He blinked when the bed dipped.

"Well... In simplest terms, your son has some serious trauma and regresses his age to deal with it and make up for his childhood. From what I've seen, it triggers when he's stressed, but I've read that it can also be triggered by specific things, like children's toys, or loved ones. Either way, he's fine and it's normal" Katsuki played with his fingers, picking at his nails. So it was normal. His father wrapped about arm around his shoulders.

"I'm proud of you for being so strong. Thank you for telling me. It'll be like a little you in a big body, huh? Shouldn't we get you something better to do, like toys or something. You must get awfully bored with all this adult stuff"

Katsuki blinked before throwing himself, literally, into his father. They both ignored the wet spot his tears made. He could hear Shigaraki chuckle.

"Welcome to the League, Mr. Bakugou"

"Masaru, my name is Masaru, you all can call me that. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Katsuki" His father gave him a gentle squeeze. Katsuki sniffled, taking deep deaths to recalm himself

He liked it here.
