28; 目的

Katsuki lay in his bed, tucked under the grey covers. Shigaraki sat on the edge of his bed with a book.

Katsuki had taken a bath earlier. He managed to wash the red off of his lips and brushed the colour off of the rest of his mouth before climbing into bed.

His older brother had insisted on reading your him, saying that no matter someone's age, a bedtime story was absolutely necessary.

So that's why he now lay snuggled with his shark plush, he was only holding it so it didn't fall on the floor and get dirty, with his room dimly lit by his fish tank's blue nightlight.

"Do I get a choice here?" He murmured.

"No. I'm picking and you're going to lay there and listen" his brother smiled at him. The hand was placed so it sat on more of his forehead rather than fully on his face. Katsuki shrugged at the man, playing with the shark's fin.

"'Kay, now that the audience has finally quieted, I shall begin" Katsuki rolled his eyes. "Long ago in Japan, It was ruled by the wicked, horrible, greedy hero Endeavor. He ordered the hero commission to tax the people so heavily that some were forced to become outlaws.

"Two of the most famous outlaws were Handyman and Marble, who would steal the tax money from the commission and give it back to the people"

"Hey, isn't this supposed to be Robin Hood?" Katsuki laughed.

"No, this is Handyman. No further comments please. Anyways, One day Endeavor was traveling by coach to the commission to pick up more tax money. He was so busy counting his gold that he didn't notice he was passing through Kamino Forest, the home of Handyman nor did he see that Marble and Handyman were watching him from the tree above.

"'Look at all that gold! Hey Marble, let's pay Endeavor a little visit!", said Handyman. In his coach, Endeavor was talking to his counselor, Sir Stupid, about his favorite subject: money. 'Life has become so wonderful since All Might left for Yuuei. He treated the people too nicely and he missed out on all this lovely gold' said Endeavor"

Katsuki snorted at Shigaraki's imitation of the hero's voice before putting his hands up in surrender at his brother's glare.

"Quit butting in before I have Toga come kiss you"

"Fine, fine. Continue, oh Master Storyteller"

Shigaraki rolled his eyes. "Handyman and Marble were standing by the roadside disguised as excited fans when the coach passed by. Endeavor ordered to stop the coach. While Handyman shook Endeavor's hand, he slipped the royal rings off his fingers, and Marble helped himself to the hero's gold. Endeavor never ever knew he had been robbed until Handyman and Marble escaped.

"Meanwhile, the the hero commission was busy collecting taxes. They even took the money that Mr. uh... Akugou had given his son, Matsuki, for his birthday. The commission had no heart. Handyman didn't think little Matsuki should go without presents on his birthday, so he gave his bow and arrow and his big hat as a gift."

"Is Matsuki supposed to be... Fine I'll shut up" Katsuki huffed. Matsuki was definitely him. Shigaraki was really bad at making up names.

"Anyways, the first time Matsuki tried the bow, his arrow flew over Endeavor's castle wall. On the other side, he saw Prince Blue and Lady Magne. Even though Blue was related to Endeavor, he saw Handyman's friend. Long ago, they had been sweethearts" That must Dabi. How cute. Katsuki honesty thought that the two were pretty good together.

"One day, Handyman's friend Once, came to Kamino Forest with some news. Endeavor was having an archery contest tomorrow and Prince Blue will kiss the winner. Everyone knew that Handyman was the best archer in all of Japan. The next day two strangers appeared at the tournament, a Stork, and a Duke. 'Nobody will recognize us in these disguises. I will win the tournament and the kiss, but no one will know the winner is Handyman' said Handyman"

"Soon the Stork and the commission were the only ones left in the contest. And even though commission tried to cheat by having the target moved, the Stork made an amazing move and won. Endeavor watched very closely. Handyman came to claim his prize but Endeavor ordered his guards to seize him and gave him immediate death"

"Shitty fucker" Bakugou sleepily mumbled. Tomura smiled st the teen, who's eyes we're closed, but it's was obvious that he was still listening.

"Damn right. Suddenly, Marble grabbed Endeavor and forced him to free Handyman. Once Handyman was free, a huge fight began. Handyman and Marble fought off the guards very bravely. Swords clashed and the arrows flew. Prince Blue was almost taken by the guards but Handyman somehow rescued him. He and his friends escaped into woods.

"Safely back in Kamino Forest, all of them celebrated and Marble sang a song making fun of Endeavor. It was so funny that soon all of Japan was singing it. It made Endeavor very mad, but soon after Handyman's narrow escape, All Might came back from Yuuei to take Endeavor's place on the throne. All Might sent Endeavor to death row for his actions. Happiness returned to the land. Handyman and Prince Blue were married and all their friends came to wish them all a happy life. Handyman and Prince Blue stayed with all of their friends, creating a big family. The end"

Tomura looked over at Bakugou. The teen was asleep, happily snuggled in one of his father's t-shirts and black sweatpants. Tomura reached over carefully and brushed four fingers through the teen's hair.

"You'll be the best of the best, kid"

"What a softie" he heard Dabi call and he turned. The man stood in the doorway. "Come sleep, I'm lonely"

"Who's the softie now?" Tomura said as he stood, placing the book on Bakugou nightstand and moving to drape himself over Dabi, kissing the man on the cheek.

"Still you, handyman"
