Chapter 14

20 ~~EXT. OUTSIDE-AFTERNOON~~ 20

Y/n is standing in a small huddle with a bunch of other high school seniors.

Everyone had just gotten through the graduation ceremony not too long ago.

Now they were just taking pictures of the members of clubs.

Y/n and the huddle she's in are members of the Journalism Club.

A picture gets taken of them and the huddle disbands.

Y/n is alone, looking around for people she knows.

She sees Peter and Harry and starts walking over to talk to them, but sees an older fellow walk up and begin talking to them.

She watches and notices Harry walk away from Peter and the man.

She starts walking fast to catch up to Harry.

Y/N
Harry. Harry!

Harry turns around.

He sees y/n and smiles.

HARRY
Hey y/n.

Y/N
Hey Harry. It's finally over.

HARRY
Yeah. Thank God.

Y/n laughs.

Y/N
It wasn't that bad.

HARRY
What, are you saying you actually liked it?

Y/n rolls her eyes.

Y/N
I'm just saying it wasn't terrible.

HARRY
Well, I'm glad it's over. So, what are you going to do now? Go to college?

Y/N
Yep. I'm gonna try and become a writer.

HARRY
Nice. If I ever see one of your books, I'll buy it.

Y/n laughs.

Y/N
Thanks Harry.

Harry smiles and turns his head to the right.

He notices something.

HARRY
Oh, uh I gotta go, but it's been nice talking to you. We'll have to hang out sometime, huh?

Y/N
Yeah.

HARRY
Me and Pete are living together in an apartment in the city. You can stop by anytime. Peter can give you the address. See ya!

Y/N
Okay, thanks. Bye.

Y/n waves goodbye to Harry as he runs away.
