22 ~~TOP OF FRAUNCES TAVERN~~ 22
Peter is standing on top of Fraunces Tavern in a different Spider-Man suit than before.
This one is high quality and well-made.
It's also made from Spandex and is the trademark Spider-Man suit.
Peter sees y/n coming towards him from a distance.
She is jumping from rooftop to rooftop.
She eventually jumps on the roof of Fraunces Tavern.
She stops to catch her breath and looks at Peter.
He takes off his mask and smiles.
PETER
Hi.
Y/n doesn't say anything. She looks Peter up and down and gives a confused laugh.
PETER
Surprised?
Y/N
Yes, very.
Peter laughs.
Y/N
Did you make this?
PETER
Yeah. And I made something else too.
Peter has had one hand behind his back the entire time.
He moves it to the front and in it is a nicely folded stack of green material.
He sets it on the ground and holds it up.
It's y/n's costume, also appearing high quality and well made, and made out of Spandex.
Y/n eyes widen and her mouth drops open.
She begins smiling widely and laughing.
Y/N
Oh my God, Peter. That looks amazing!
She shakes her head in disbelief and continues smiling widely.
She walks up to the costume and Peter puts it in her hands.
She stares at it in amazement and slides her hand over it to feel the material.
Y/N
I can't believe you made this.
Peter doesn't say anything, he just keeps smiling and watching y/n stare at the costume.
Y/n looks up at Peter.
They make eye contact.
Y/N
Peter, I don't know how I can ever thank you. This is...unbelievable.
Peter keeps smiling and staring at y/n.
PETER
Don't mention it. I hope I made it good enough. It might be a little tight, it's just the material. Like mine, well it rides up in the crotch a little bit.
Y/n laughs.
Y/N
It's great Peter.
They continue smiling and staring at each other.
Peter looks away and walks closer to the edge of the building.
He begins watching the cars drive by.
Y/n walks next to him.
Y/N
Peter, you are the sweetest person I've ever met.
Peter chuckles and looks down at the ground.
He looks back up at y/n.
PETER
Hey, you're pretty amazing too. With your powers and your personality.
Y/n chuckles and looks down at the ground like Peter did.
She looks back up at Peter and they make eye contact.
Sirens start going off suddenly and a few police cars drive by.
This gets their attention and they both break away to look at the street.
They both look at each other again.
PETER
Well, we better get to it.
Y/n nods her head.
She remembers her costume and looks down at it.
She then looks back up at Peter.
PETER
I'm sure they have a bathroom in the tavern. I'll wait up here.
Y/n nods her head and begins walking fast towards the rooftop door with her costume in hand.
She opens the door and heads inside the tavern.
23 ~~INT. FRAUNCES TAVERN~~ 23
Y/n is in the tavern.
She goes down the stairs to the ground floor of the tavern.
She spots the bathroom and goes inside.
She changes into the costume.
She looks in the bathroom mirror before exiting.
Y/N
Wow.
She continues staring at herself.
Y/N
Oh, right.
She exits the bathroom.
She goes back up the stairs and opens the rooftop door.
24 ~~EXT. TOP OF FRAUNCES TAVERN~~ 24
Y/n is back on the roof of Fraunces Tavern.
Peter is looking at the street below.
The rooftop door slams shut and Peter turns around.
He stands there with a shocked expression on his face, staring at y/n.
Y/N
Why don't you take a picture? It'll last longer.
PETER
Sorry, it's just...you look...amazing.
Y/n blushes.
They both don't say anything as Peter continues staring at y/n.
Y/N
Well just standing here won't help the cops, come on!
This knocks Peter out of his daze.
PETER
Right.
Peter puts his mask back on.
Y/n runs over to him and puts her arms around Peter's neck while he begins swinging in the direction of the cop cars.
So, throughout the rest of the week and the next week, Peter and y/n began solving crimes in their new costumes, as the superheroes Spider-Man and Lizard-Girl.
They even began getting news coverage and the attention of the
people of New York City.
One day, Peter reads in the newspaper that pictures of Spider-Man and Lizard-Girl are wanted, so he sets up a camera to take pictures of him and y/n while they fight crime.
They then go to the headquarters of the Daily Bugle and show the pictures to the editor-in-chief, J. Jonah Jameson.
