At the age of three, Choi Hae-Won, the daughter of San and Wooyoung, got diagnosed with ADHD and panic disorder. They had a hard time taking it in but decided that it's best if they raise her in the most caring and loving way possible.
When Hae-Won reached the age of four, she can fully talk. She will mostly play in the garden or draw with crayons in her bedroom with Lily to guard and watching her play. When nobody is watching, she tends to do something that can cause her harm without even thinking about the risk. One time she got caught by her mother almost eating a crayon. When Wooyoung asked why did she do it, she laughed and told him that she just wants to do it for fun.
As the family was eating breakfast, Hae-Won saw a butterfly at the window. She then approaches the window while reaching out her hand. She proceeds to climb onto the window's ledge while still focusing on catching the butterfly. San quickly pulled her in from behind to stop her from falling, because the dining room is on the second floor and if somebody falls from that height it'll cause a lot of damage to them.
"Wonni, what were you doing?" San asked with a concerned voice to the little one.
"I saw a beautiful butterfly outside but you stopped me from getting it, Dad!" Hae-Won yelled at him while crossing her arms and pouting her lips.
"But if you try to reach it, you will fall, honey," The alpha caresses her head then added, "Come on, let's finish your breakfast then you can play at the garden and see many butterflies".
As San was about to lead her to the dining table, she covered her ears while squatting down. Her father got worried then approached her and then hugged her along with Wooyoung. "Honey, what's wrong?" Her mother asked while grabbing both of her rosy cheeks. "The clang sounds of the utensils are so loud," She said as she feels her heartbeat getting faster and louder.
Hae-Won then stands up and runs to her room. While covering her ears and all she hears is her heartbeat getting more intense. She hid under the covers of her bed then started to feel she wants to cry from the terrifying feeling.
Wooyoung entered Hae-Won's room. He then walks towards her and took off her blanket that was covering her whole. "Hae-Won, it's alright, mommy's here," Wooyoung said while caressing her head and releasing calming pheromones.
As Hae-Won started to feel calmer, Wooyoung asked, "Why did you run away and how do you feel right now?" While feeling concerned.
"I-I don't know why I ran away, I just feel scared when the sound gets louder and my heart starts to beat faster each time a-and when I want to make it stop, I can't and it just keeps getting more louder while my mind is racing non-stop," Says Hae-Won while her mom is listening to what she said.
Her tears kept coming down to her rosy cheeks from her dark-brown beautiful eyes. She hugs her mom and started to cry more. Feeling the need for comfort from the ones she loves.
Wooyoung pats her back multiple times while trying to calm her down. "Hey, it's alright, calm down, honey," Says Wooyoung who's carrying his daughter and her head on his shoulder.
A couple of minutes passed by and Hae-Won started to feel calmer. Wooyoung put her back on the bed and caress her head. "How about we play something?" Wooyoung said with a cheerful smile to not make his child scared again. "Sure, but mommy I don't want to play outside, so can you play with me here?" Hae-Won asked with her red nose from crying earlier. "Of course, what do you want to play?" Wooyoung asked his daughter.
San actually witnessed all of it and softened when knowing how much loving Wooyoung is when his mother's side activates. He decided to not disturb the mother and daughter moment and just watch from outside of the room.
About a week later, San and Wooyoung have to attend an event in another country which makes them have to get there by airplane. The event that they had to attend is not really important to them but the invitation said that if they can come, it would be appreciated by the host so they decided to go.
As they were saying goodbye to Hae-Won, she cried and beg them to not go. When San asked why she responded with an answer that took her parents by surprise. She tells her parents that she had a dream the night before about a plane crash by watching the news. She even tells the exact flight code and aircraft type.
In the seconds of Hae-Won begging her parents, she suddenly fainted. Wooyoung then got even more worried and carried her quickly to her bedroom. San then told Mingi to write a notice to the host that they will not come to the event. San feels that his child's safety and health come first than anything in the world.
"She will wake up again, relax honey," The older said while hugging his lover. "What if the things she said will happen, San?" The omega lifts his face to look into the other's eyes. "Well, we have to wait until there's news about it, and if it turns out to be true and it happens more than once then Hae-Won is a miracle for us," San said while caressing Wooyoung's head.
The next day, Wooyoung and San were finished eating breakfast and now they're playing with Hae-Won in the living room. While the news channel is playing, suddenly the presenter talked about a plane crash. Wooyoung started listening very closely while still managing to play with Hae-Won. Turns out it is the same plane that his daughter was talking about yesterday.
"San, look at the TV! It really happened," Wooyoung said while shaking his mate's shoulder. "It did, thank god we didn't go," San said while still disbelieving in what he sees but feels relieved. Hae-Won on the other side is still in her own little world playing with her dolls.
