Amelia

I did my best to help Dream set up the redstone droppers as quickly as possible, fear rising within me at the sounds of the chaos and fighting below us.

"Tell Techno to release the Withers now!" Dream yelled over the sounds of the explosions we had caused.

"Leave it to me!" I pulled the hilt of my sword free from my bag, the blade materializing as I jumped off of the obsidian platform.

Sapnap jumped back and away from me as I slammed the blade of my sword down where he would have been if he had kept running after Technoblade. My wings spread out as I stood up, and I turned to look at Technoblade.

"Dream said to release the Withers!" I yelled.

"Will do!" Technoblade replied immediately, dodging an arrow that was directed at him.

I put my attention back onto Sapnap just as he swung his sword at me. I lifted my own sword in time to block his, the blades sparking as they connected.

"Not going to fight all out like the Blade?" He snickered, a smirk plastered onto his face.

"You're eager to die, aren't you?" I growled in return, pushing on my sword's blade and making him stagger away. "I don't know what all you know about me, but I don't resort to outright murder unless I have to."

"So the tales I've heard from Dream about the lakes of red and mountains of corpses isn't true?"

"That was a different era and circumstance." I lifted my sword as I crouched down slightly. "I have no need to waste that energy on someone as puny and insignificant as you!"

I rushed forward, catching him off guard as I swung my sword down. We went back and forth for several minutes, deflecting each other's attacks. We both drove our swords into each other's abdomens, and I coughed up blood as we leaned into each other.

"Am I puny and insignificant now that I've matched you?" Sapnap groaned.

"You'll always be puny and insignificant." I replied. "You can't survive a sword to the abdomen like I can, Nick."

I pushed on his chest and stepped back, making him pull his sword out while I did the same to my own. He fell to his knees before falling to his side, and I flapped my wings at the sight of an arrow flying toward me. I laughed as it whizzed by my side, and I looked to the now trembling fox boy who had dared to try and shoot me.

"What's the matter, Fundy?" I asked, turning to face him. "Too scared to fight me?"

"Y-You're eyes.... They look like T-Techno's when he's bloodthirsty." He stuttered as he spoke, taking a step away.

"Do they?" I couldn't help but laugh. "Guess I haven't really had the thrill of fighting around you until now."

Someone's panicked yell made me look away from Fundy, and I was up in the air in the next second. I was quick to rush toward Ranboo, who was stuck on the wooden path that was blown up on each side, the water underneath him and his Enderian blood preventing him from having a safe way off of it. He let out another noise as I flew over him, scooping my arms under his armpits and lifting him off of the platform. I was able to get him onto solid ground before an arrow pierced my side.

I knew no one would hear my cry of pain as I followed the direction the arrow had been flying, sending me falling back into the water. I watched as Phil's bucket hat floated to the surface while I continued descending to the bottom, the water turning red with my blood. My back hit the gravel that lined the bottom, the seagrass flowing wildly as my body disturbed it. I was forced to open my mouth as my lungs begged for air, and I felt light headed as I started drowning.

I guess this is how I die.
