Working as the only means of the L'Manberg citizens trapped within the wall getting things required for their survival was tiring. I knew the moment that I had gone too far with what I was willing to do when I ended up having my blood coating the wooden path outside of the wall. It took a few flaps of my wings to get me up off of the ground and away from the creatures who had been the cause of my injuries. My exhaustion caused my wings to give up on me as I passed over the wall, and I fell to the ground with a loud thud.

"Did you hear that?"

"It came from near the wall."

"Wait, Ranboo!"

The soft thuds of feet hitting the wooden path rapidly echoed in my head as I struggled to get up. I had landed on my stomach, colliding with the wooden path at full speed. My wings laid lazily over me body, becoming red with my blood as it pooled underneath me.

"Phil!" Ranboo's scream was close to me. "It's Redz! Help!"

I groaned as I collapsed, and I let Ranboo gather me into his lap as the sound of more footsteps rushed toward me. Ranboo had tears in his eyes as he scrambled to try and cover the wound on my side.

"Shit!" Phil's voice was panicked.

I used all of my strength to propel myself out of Ranboo's lap, throwing up a large amount of blood. Phil kept me from falling back down onto the wooden path, making me lay against his chest but keeping me sitting upright. My vision blurred as he held up a potion bottle, forcifully ripping the cork out of it and holding it to my lips. The shining pinkish purple liquid sloshed inside of the bottle, and I held my hand over his as I tilted my head back to drink it. I coughed almost immediately after the first few sips, and Phil ran his hand up and down my arm to soothe me.

"What is that?" Ranboo asked, most likely referring to the potion.

"Potion of healing." Phil replied. "I always keep a few on hand."

He continued rubbing my arm as I gulped down the rest of the potion, and he let the bottle roll to the side when I was done. I groaned in pain as my wounds healed themselves. Phil didn't keep me from sitting up, and I gave my wings a small flap as I coughed.

"I need a shower." I mumbled, looking at the blood dripping off of my wings.

"You need to explain what the hell happened." Phil stated.

"Got surrounded by mobs while I was trying to kill a spider." I explained, getting to my feet and turning to look at him.

I offered my hand to him, and he sighed as he took it, letting me pull him to his feet. I froze as he ran his thumb underneath my eye.

"You've exhausted yourself." He whispered.

"I know what I've done." I replied, brushing his hand away.

"I understand that you're trying to keep everyone happy and calm while the wall is up, but please keep your own health in mind."

I gave him a small smile.

"I don't understand! You keep reminding me that you're my mother, but all you ever do is leave me to do my own thing! I can't even go to you for advice!"

"I raised you to put people before anything else, and all you've done since the day you got here was care about those damn disks, Tommy! Don't try and lie to me about it either! I can ask almost anyone here, and they'll tell me that it's true!"

"It is not!"

Tommy and I got into yet another physical altercation. Tubbo stood off to the side trying to convince us to break it up, but I tuned him out as Tommy tackled me to the ground. I could feel my nose break as he hit me, and I growled as I kicked him hard in the chest, sending him flying a good ten feet away from me. I felt the blood rush out of my nose as I got to my feet.

"I'm getting real sick and tired of going home to Phil injured in some kind of way." I growled.

Tommy got to his feet and moved like he was going to run at me, but Tubbo stepped in front of me, his arms held out to the side.

"That's enough, Tommy. You've already broken her nose." He said. "Phil will hunt you down if you hurt her more."

Tommy scoffed but turned his back, an old way of showing he was done fighting. "What's worth more to you, Mum? Me or that old man?"

"Phil will always come first." I told him. "You're my son. You're capable of surviving without me now. Phil and I need each other."

"Stop calling me your son."

I sighed as I unfurled my wings and flew over the wall once more.
